Good option to have but purchase with caution. They give a 14 day return and do not offer store credit even if they sell you a defective product. I’m definitely more aware when shopping now. Also, they are picky with what they buy but sell you a defective device but you must return within the 14 days. Just trial everything before then. I am a full time mom and need more than 14 days so this was not feasible for me.

I went in to look for boys bogs. The pair they have is so beat up. It has a hole in it, the tread is almost completely worn down. They were selling these for $35.00!!!!! I found a brand new pair online for $42.00 also the customer service inside the store always brings an uncomfortable feeling. They are never super welcoming or polite. It seems like they are a bunch of entitled rude woman. Was shocked to see such a trash pair of boots, because these people are so picky on what they buy. Usually only mama brand stuff in good shape. Hard to ever want to shop here. Although with prices skyrocketing, there is always a hippie to save some money. Don’t know if this is the place to do that though.

Their prices have become so high. I understand inflation, but I looked up the mittens they sell online and Amazon has them for $.50 cheaper. The girl who works here is INCREDIBLY rude. She has been since before they even switched locations. I made a post on Facebook asking if anyone else notices or if it’s just me, and I’m far from the only person she’s appeared rude to. Sad. You work at a children’s store. BE KIND!

If I could give zero stars I would, the staff is unfriendly and always seem annoyed or too busy to deal with customers or people (as myself) trying to sell. I brought in all my maternity clothes that were brand new only worn a couple times, some not at all, and they only gave me $12 though I paid $150 plus for them. today I brought in a bunch of my sons preemie and newborn clothes that no longer fit him, TWO BAGS FULL. all were maybe worn three times at the most because he has so many clothes. no stains, all awesome brand names, all brand new... spent hundreds of dollars on them. They only took a few items and gave me $23 dollars, and asked if I wanted to donate the rest.. of course I said yes. but when I left I started thinking, where DO they donate them to? I don’t think they donate them at all. I guarantee I’ll come back a week from now and they’ll be on the racks, making profit for them. I also saw a review a lady said she donated clothes and found them in a random box on the side of the road near the store a week later. quite ridiculous.. not only that but there are BARELY any boys clothes in the baby sections it’s mostly girls.. you would think they’d want to buy more boys clothes. I have to search for over an hour to find cute, wearable boy clothes when I come. if I knew they would barely give me anything for the amount I brought it, and great condition they were in I wouldn’t have at all I would’ve given them to somebody in need or somebody that would pay a good price for them. I understand it’s a consignment store but jesus, stop ripping people off.. give them what it’s worth.. they’re bringing them to you for a reason. don’t get me wrong this place is awesome if you’re looking for cheap outfits, but PLEASE do not sell to them. They will rip you off big time. the store replied to this trying to redeem themselves but it’s all just bs.

So glad I found a place to give my kids gently used toys and cloths. Hopefully someone else will find them and enjoy them as they continue to be used. Sure they don’t give you much money for your stuff but I can’t imagine what they pay for rent so... I’m happy! Yay Lots for Tots!

I brought in hundreds of dollars worth of items. Some items were still brand new with tags. I was told they were not going to be accepted yesterday due to the "condition they were in". I then said OK you can just donate them. I then later found that these donated items were placed outside in the rain just a just a couple of blocks away from me. With a free sign stuck out next to them. My issue is these items could have helped a lot of families and they are now ruined from being out in the rain.

I reluctantly give this place one star.. I brought a couple of pottery barn children's lamps in excellent condition into the store.. There were 2 people behind the counter that barely greeted me. They made me feel like I was bothering them. Before I could even say a word the women quickly said " I'm going to pass on those.." in a very rude manner.. I paid $150 for these lamps and she made me feel like I just dug in the trash and was bring her in broken old dirty lamps, As I turned to. leave I noticed a baby walker that appeared to be worn and dirty.. So not sure what she see worthy of resale items but clearly I got her on a bad day.. I think a resale children's store is a great business. But being treated so rudely I would recommend to anyone thinking of selling items to this place to reconsider and donate or have a yard sale.. Not sure if the women who spoke to me was the owner but who ever she was has no business working in public.

The first place I go to buy clothes for my kids and I always let them get toys while we are there bc the prices are so good! I''ve also sold clothes and toys there, and I've always received a very good price for the stuff they chose to buy. Very good business!!

The things they have are good and a very good selection of toys in particular but would love if the customer service was better.

Don't pay full price for baby stuff when you can pay a fraction of the price for like new baby stuff. Clothes, sheets, cribs, toys, pack n plays, strollers etc.. Also they buy used baby stuff. Great place friendly and knowledgeable staff. We try any buy everything we need for our granddaughter at Lots For Totes.
