Perfect Fit is the Perfect place! If you feel stuck, if you want to get healthy, if you want to be strong, if you just want to feel better, this is the place for you! I had to ask myself how much my health was really worth to me. I answered this by devoting just two days a week to Perfect Fit. I would go more often if I had the time. No noisy crowded gym just you and your trainer and maybe one other person with their trainer. I have some injuries that I had to work around and Perfect Fit helped me do it! This place has kept me sane through tremendous stress and now I’m incredibly physically strong and I feel great. Go now!!! Do not wait!!! You owe this to yourself!

Trish and Fran have taken my tired old body and given me new life. All while having a fun time. I always feel like I’m having a visit with friends. It is the fastest hour in my day.

I finally decided to take some time for myself, and I'm so glad that I signed up for personal training and fitness classes, as well as nutrition sessions at this facility. The Zumba class is a great workout and stress reliever - I look forward to going each week. I've never had a personal trainer before, so this has been a wonderful learning experience - and I haven't felt this fit in17 years! I'm amazed at how much better I feel after making some realistic and simple changes with my nutrition. I've worked in some new recipes and snack habits at home for my family too. Tricia is a fantastic instructor and coach - I feel so comfortable working with her. She is very knowledgeable and eager to help her clients move toward their individual goals. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and it's convenient location. I highly recommend Perfect Fit Health and Fitness.

I have been going to perfect fit for a little over a month now and cannot say enough good things about my one on one training sessions in this very clean facility. I also did nutrition coaching with the owner Tricia and it really opened my eyes to what eating healthy really looks like. I love the positive environment here. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle. It gave me the structure I needed to to do so myself.

Perfect Fit Health and Fitness has made it safe to work out again during this pandemic. I am so happy to attend both Zoom and in-person classes. Tricia, the owner, is super accommodating about format and strives to provide the best work out experience. The studio is clean and all COVID-19-related protocols are followed. We all need this to clear our minds, recharge our souls and stay/maintain health. Great experience all around and very convenient whether you live near or far. Highly recommend!
