Portland Volvo and, more specifically, Heather, helped me purchase my new S60 this week, and I couldn't have been happier with how everything went. Heather was very helpful, knowledgeable, communicative, and not at all pushy. I will most certainly be back to Portland Volvo.

We were on vacation traveling to Acadia National Park when we needed a new rim and tire, Matt from Parts Department did a phenomenal job and got it done ASAP on our crazy schedule.Was a pleasure to work with him.

I worked with Kylie in my search for a new vehicle. She was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I ended up buying a different vehicle, but if I had bought a Volvo it would have been from Kylie at Portland Volvo.

We went to Portland Volvo in early July to look at a used S60. Everyone was pleasant and professional.I ended up loving the car and worked with Vanessa for the purchase. She was easy to work with, and it was overall a no-pressure experience.This is my first Volvo, and first purchase from this dealership. I would definitely buy from them again.

Left my car with them overnight to fix an electronics issue. Guy on the phone said they'd have it handled by noon the next day. They only got to it an hour and a half before closing. So I had no vehicle the 4th of july Charged 179 just to look at some wires, and wouldve charged 387 to fix an issue I was able to fix in 15 minutes with heatshrink and electrical tape. A bad joke.

Saleswomen was great but the dealer was charging over MSRP on "limited Edition" cars(weren't really limited people just had to special order them). Then was told they were not wiling to sell to a "out of state" resident. Even though I was a short commute away in NH.

So far so good. The sales team is quick to get back to me with any questions I have. The claim to not charge over msrp except on the very limited v70 polestar edition. They claim the car I’m interested in (doesn’t come out until the summer of 2024) won’t be above msrp. If that comes true the review will remain 5 stars. If not……. 1 star it is.

Would not disclose possible interest rates without agreeing to purchase a vehicle and then entering the finance room to complete a purchase. A strong arm tactic to force you into purchasing a car. Went to multiple other dealers who had no issue sharing an interest rate without even agreeing on a sale. This was an awful experience and would not recommend.

Brian W in service has taken care of me on a previous XC60 that was slightly problematic and made everything right. I just had a full trailer hitch install on a new XC60 that went perfect with him as well. The cost was less than the estimate with a nice loaner.

I purchased a car there this week. Great experience. Worked with Vanessa- Not pushy, felt like she was working to find the right car.I do want to relate something that happened while I was there that left an impression on me. While waiting for my paperwork a man came in the dealership. He had ridden up on a bicycle and walked into the lobby. He had some form of a disability, struggling to express himself verbally. He got out that he was just getting his drivers licence and wanted to know what you did to buy a car. He was obviously not a prospective Volvo customer. But a sales person invited him to sit down and walked him through all the steps you would go though, let him walk around looking at the cars and even offered him a snack they have for people waiting at the service center.It struck me the character of the dealership. People usually will treat you with respect when you are going to spend your money with them. How they showed human dignity impressed they would treat anyone that way.

Our experience working with Portland Volvo has been absolutely amazing. I have been consistently impressed since walking into the dealership. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kylie Fuller. She was knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles we looked at and I never felt pressured to make a decision immediately.We were considering a few different vehicle brands but the quality of service provided by Kylie and the staff at Portland Volvo ultimately won us over.Would highly recommend her and Portland Volvo.

Super friendly! We did not purchase our car here, and they still go above and beyond for us. They have happily done little tasks for us while we wait. Last time, one of the employees was helping us successfully clean the interior that had smudges from suntan oil. Just smiling and going above and beyond, as usual.

I went in and purchased a new Volvo XC90 in less than 3 hours, paid cash and drove it home that day. I'd say I was an easy customer! Shortly after I experienced computer issues. I took it for service at a local Volvo dealer. (Great service!). The problem returned with additional computer issues. ( Actually going back for the 4th time next week) I decided to call Portland Volvo, I called the service department 2 days in a row, no answer! I decided to call the salesman, I just wanted to know if this was a common problem with this particular model. I left 2 messages for the salesman, no response. I called the Sales Manager, had a great conversation with him. He actually told me to bring the car for service at Lovering Volvo because they have great reputation and are closer to me. He assured me he would check with his service staff and get back to me. That didn't happen! I called and left him voice mail and still no return call. Customer service at its worse! I am sorry there is not an option to give zero stars, but I had to choose 1 star.

Terrible customer service from service manager *****/ ****** . Horrible customer service, threatened meon the phone, yelled me. Horrible service horrible horrible service. Car was delivered back for 3rd time in 3 weeks not detailed, not fixed still has leaky tire. All dash light had still been on. Did not do an oil change as was promised to me by general sales manager in writing which I have over **** text messages between he and I concerning all details etc. Promised at time of purchase by Volvo. Which Volvo is trying to not honor. I paid for extended warranty. And my car isn't even 6 months old...RE-THINK PURCHASING FFROM VOLVO BAD BAD BAD MISTAKE.

Kylie responded promptly to my original inquiry. She was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasure to work with.She met us, on Christmas Eve, so we could see the car and was patient and playful with our rambunctious children who had been strapped in their car seats for the ride from Boston to Scarborough.All said, a great experience. Kylie and the team made purchasing our new car easy and enjoyable...What could be better than a Volvo for Christmas!?
