“One of the better USPS I’ve been delivered and picked up from. Everyone is kind and fast. Major con is that they require you to carry 12 loading straps AND A LOCK. My broker/dispatch only made it clear that I needed straps. Had a minor issue with that but everyone being so nice made up for USPS stupid rules. Literally only used 2 straps.”

Regular travel and have easy access to that area without contending with postal

“I was just at the Gorham ME USPS office and received exceptional service from Dave! He found a box that fit my packages perfectly and it cost less than $20 to ship express. I accidentally hit the red unhappy face for service but was definitely not unhappy. He smiled and was very kind. In a hectic busy Monday morning, he was a welcome respite.”

“I see a lot of issues in the reviews for this place but my experience has been different. They have been very helpful with issues and have been open as per their posted hours. I suspect the issue is that this small post office is manned by one person (it seems) so sometimes I guess they may have to step away or close the window for a break. For me, they have been friendly and helpful.”
“Very quick, it is inside the Shaws. There is a dropoff table for USPS prepaid mail (like online shopping returns) and a mail drop box for letters. And there is an actual service desk with people :)”
