I had the pleasure of working with Matt, the manager, at Prime Storage in Scarborough the other day, he is excellent. Very helpful, professional, and enthusiastic about all that Prime Storage has to offer. It is a beautiful facility, and I look forward to referring people there. Super convenient. 5 stars out of 5 absolutely.

Very accommodating for our needs but one of the unit door latches is so old that I can’t open or close to lock it in my own when I spoke to person in office they said there wasn’t anything they can do for the lock because the door needs to be replaced and they can’t locate one

The space is fine, 10' x 10'- can load in from the street, which is great.
I feel bad to say I don't recall the guy's name who helped get me acquainted, but he was great.

This storage went above and beyond my expectations and I was very pleased with the ending checkout. I was in a rough place in my life and needed a place to store my stuff and the people here are fantastic and the place is clean and friendly!!!

Prime storage in Scarborough, off of pleasant hill road, is always very responsive and helpful. I had a few life changing events since renting from this location and they have always been able to find a solution that makes life easier. I always feel safe , even when the office is closed and it is late. They are also very kind and involved, but not bothersome. Would highly recommend for efficient and fast storage and fair pricing as well.
