I just moved to Scarborough. I usually get small bills from TD Bank at this location because it’s close to my apartment. I didn’t have any problems with other tellers. The teller on 30 Oct 2023 told me today that I’m not supposed to get small bills here if I don’t have account with them. Then, the teller looked at each other and shook her head and kinda rolled her eyes. And then, she said “this is too much” I think that action is kinda rude and signals disagreement or disapproval. At least she should have told me in a nicer way. Not embarrassing me in front of others. And made me feel stupid. I mean I moved to Maine from another country and I’m not familiar with American system yet. She could also refuse to take it if she didn’t want to. and I could exchange somewhere else. Or, tell me like “according to the bank rules, we’re not allowed to give you small bills unless you have account with us instead of showing unprofessionalism. I really apologize if I didn’t know the bank rules and if I wasted your time getting small bills there.

Worst Td bank that I have enter ,the service is very bad and the people that work at the bank make everything difficult.TD bank should replace the workers or closed the bank .

Worst day to day banking options. Do yourself a favor and go with a local credit union. TD bank is a Canadian based bank which is not "America's" most convenient bank, with some of the highest fees and no rewards.

The management here is not able to do a thing to help there valued customers when corporate TD Bank Treats their customers wrong and unfairly. Corporate TD should be ashamed with how they handled our money and communication with us back during the Covid outbreak Local TD Bank should be ashamed that they did not help to correct the false reporting and stand up against the Corporate TD Lending

Pull your money out of this Bank horrible customer service ATM eats your card and doesn't return it then you have to write checks for a week till your bank issues a new card for you horrible horrible service. They never answered their phone. I'll never do business with these people again.

called local number non-stop for two days and no one answered. finally called the toll free number to be connected to local office, learn they are short staffed, limit walk-in hours to certain days of the week. Another casualty of covid epidemic and many vital services short staffed. People at this branch have worked overtime and with the greatest courtesy and competence. we should give them a shout out and hope for relief. special kudos to the vide presient and branch manager!

Awful customer service. I have been trying to call the local branch at Scarborough (883-5509) for 3 hours. They will not answer the phone and there is no ability to leave a message. It just rings and rings.

They went out of their way to help me with a lengthy transaction (too much for the drive-through) when I showed up to the lobby not knowing an appointment was required.
