“While one travels for a long trip in winter, the worst feeling is when something goes wrong in your car. My tire pressure light came on and after repeated inflation of tire pressure, it continued to leak air. I had over 200 miles before I get home on a Sunday. Henry from VIP in Scarborough squeezed me into their busy schedule and got me back on the road quickly. He and his team fixed the sensor leak and showed me a slightly damaged stud for the lug nut for future repair when necessary. I appreciate Henry’s thoroughness and will definitely go back to him for future services when I am in the Portland area. Thank you, Henry!”

I often use the pick up option though because I tend to spend $400 every time I walk inside. The employees are always very nice. I even got my new tires there this year and was very pleased with my pricing.”
