“I've recently had the experience of using the conference room at this location. I feel that it is the perfect size for a small meeting of a dozen or so. Free 2 hour parking and easy access to the restrooms, as well as the facility being handicap accessible are excellent features for using this facility.”

“My five-star review is specificly for Joe! Joe was so kind, and nice every time I called (and I called a lot); he really went above and beyond to get our delivery to us. He's a customer service dream! Empathy, friendless, kindness, understanding, knoweledgeable, etc. Joe needs to be employee of the year for Trend and ShipRight!
We had several failed deliveries for our Wayfair purchase. I'm not sure if it is because of the time of year, technical issues, or drivers calling out; but I think Shipright would greatly improve if there was better communication between the scheduling and delivering departments. I also think that after several failed deliveries the local delivery team should really reach out to the customer directly.
Wayfair showed absolutely zero gives for the customer in terms of delivery issues.
At the end of the day, I did get our delivery in perfect condition. I'm grateful to Joe for really pushing for this to happen (I think if it was in his capacity to deliver the dresser himself he would have!). I'm also thankful to the local delivery team, that went out of their way to also make it right.
So if you ordered from Wayfair and are reading this review, don't give up hope!”
“Delivery 5; office 2. Delivery was scheduled 7:00 - 11:00 AM. I called morning of to get a firmer time. No-one answered the phone till 8:00 AM--even though their VM says office hours start at 7:00 AM-- and then I was told the dispatcher wouldn't be in the office till 9:00 AM and would call then! On the other hand, the delivery guys showed up at 8:30 AM, did a great job, and couldn't have been nicer.”

“Just a great experience all round. I can not compliment PAF enough for how easy they make all my deliveries. I deal with freight to NH&ME multiple times a month, and those handled by Portland go seamlessly every time, especially compared to having a guaranteed issue every. single. time. with thier MA/NH equivalent, Pilot air freight.
PAF also has the best delivery driver. He communicates, and doesn't break our glass.”
