The pharmacy. Been on hold for 1hr across 4 different calls. They pick up after 10 minutes, put on hold for 10 minutes each, then it auto hangs up after 10 minutes. Gotten hung up on every time. Called at 10, 11, 12. It is so so bad.

This Scarborough Walgreens is the best I never had to wait in line for so long to make my purchases and the pharmacy always had my prescriptions ready for me and I didn't have to wait long there either and I am always able to purchase products that I need and their always in stock good job guys! Your hard workers and thank you for keep everything up to date and tidy!

Took my child to urgent care and they were given two prescriptions. One compliments the other. I get to Walgreens 30 min later and ask for them. They say they don't have them. I showed them my paper copy. All of a sudden they have what they need and tell me to come back in 20 min. I did and they gave me one of the two. I asked the person working where the other one is and was told they didn't the prescription in the system. I asked them to call and verify and was told "we don't do that". Called the urgent care and was told both prescriptions were entered the same time and that they also call and verify things in a regular basis. Been here over an hour and still waiting.... Good thing this medication isn't urgently needed and that I don't have to be at work this afternoon. If you are busy, don't cut corners. Take care of your customers. You just lost this one. I'll go out of my way to avoid this poorly managed business.

A recent visit to this location for fedex shipping brought us to work with a wonderful young man named Rory. The shipping system was having issues and Rory went over and above to make sure my package was able to be shipped. Every employee should be just like this fine young man. Thank you Rory!

Come the time of the month to fill my monthly script, I dread calling to see if it’s in stock due to having mixed messages by everyone at this location, not only that but they didn’t “cash” me out one month for my script and tried filling it a week later so technically I could have gotten two scripts which is extremely illegal. Everytime I go to fill my script , one person says it’s in stock and I call back a couple hours later and some dude who has a lisp (it’s always him) says it’s out of stock until I tell him I just spoke to someone else who said differently than he quickly changes his story to “oh let me ask the pharmacist” so who am I talking to if he’s not a pharmacist?? Very confusing and they are very unprofessional. Get a different pharamcy if I was you.

Walgreens is great to stop by to grab items on your way home. They have a great selection of health and beauty items, some food, candy, and toys. They will print out photos, always check for sales, (and put their code in), that you send to them with your phone. They have a good selection of seasonal items. They have cards for every occasion.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I requested an important vaccine to be ordered prior to my trip to southeast asia; the pharmacist told me it was ordered and that they would call me when it arrived. After not hearing from them with my trip a couple days away, I called and was told that the vaccine wasnt ordered, couldnt be ordered, and that I was basically s*** out of luck. I wasnt contacted about this at all and now my health is at risk. Im not sure if its incompetence or apathy to blame but I suggest going to a different pharmacy.

Terrible customer service. Everything’s overpriced. Ridiculous rules. My mother was having an allergic reaction so I was in a rushed out of the house to get her Benadryl. In doing so I left my wallet at home on accident. I am 22 years old and was denied Benadryl because I couldn’t provide an ID. I rushed to Hannafords down the street and bought the exact same case of Benadryl AT THE SELF CHECKOUT FOR ALMOST HALF THE PRICE. Never shopping at Walgreens again. Highly recommend the Scarborough Hannafords instead.

A good stop mostly because they have an Allpoint ATM. Otherwise, the rest of the store was consistent with the Walgreens brand and the same as the store in Chubbuck Idaho or River Vale New Jersey. I did stop to check out the "travel" section but it was a bit understocked.[Review 18561 overall - 112 in Maine - 2083 of 2022.]

So terrible LOL. They are closed. I need my allergy medicine now- not fun. Walgreens locations nearby are also closed ‼️Called corporate to see if they could transfer it to Hannaford and the first agent said yes, then I got connected with Debbie who said no, I’d have to call the store. What a headache!

So the pharmacy is closed on the weekends, yet the weekend times are still posted at the pharmacy. Apparently you're supposed to go to the website to find this out, but I drove 2 times last weekend and wasted tons of gas and time. Also, when I went to get two prescriptions on Monday, they only had one, which means someone wasn't paying attention somewhere because I used to automated phone system to order them. So, 4 trips when anywhere else it would have been 1 trip.

Horrible service, pharmacist ignores customers and when there is a long line they seem to help at an incredibly slow speed. Customer service extremely poor.

This is for the Pharmacy, prescriptions are being called in and ignored. When trying to talk to a human they put you on hold for 20 plus minutes and they eventually hang up on you. It's bad, turn off your phones since no customer service exists and close down the pharmacy at the Oakhill location.

Severely understaffed with no sense of urgency and inconvenient hours - closed Saturday and Sunday. I waited on hold for 55 minutes to ask a simple but important question that took less than a minute.
