“Our enterprise rental vehicle from PWN airport broke down. Unfortunately they did not maintenance the vehicle and check the vehicle, to which the belt broke. Enterprise worked with AAA and Paul not only towed the vehicle, but was able to drop us off where we were staying. If he had not been so kind, we would have been stranded in the middle of nowhere on the side of the road. Extremely nice guy. I would definitely use them again and he made a bad situation better. Appreciate it Paul! It was great talking with you too!!”
