“I know this location has a lower rating, but honestly, we’ve had no issues. They deliver our mail consistently and bring our packages right to the door, which we really appreciate.
It’s easy to focus on the negatives, but from our experience, they’ve been reliable and dependable. Thanks for the hard work.”

“Best Customer Service I have ever received anywhere!!! The employees went above and beyond to help me find a package that was purposely sent to the wrong person. The manager is amazing. As a small business owner I hope to give the same customer service that I received here. Sending many thanks to the employees at the Naples Maine Post Office!!!”

“Great staff/postmaster, clean inside. I've only had some mail issues ie:lost mail with temp drivers. But that has now been solved with its current delivery driver.”
