I had the most wonderful experience with The White Lily. Not bring from the area, I was only able to order over the phone. The owner’s experience and creativity truly shown through in the stunning floral arrangement he created. The flowers were exquisite and the service was exceptional. The owner sent a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery. What a wonderful experience working with The White Lily. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a beautiful arrangement and outstanding customer service.

I have waited a couple of days to get a response from the site where I ordered, and unfortunately there is no way to contact the florist when outside of the country. The bouquet my friend received is nothing in comparison to what I ordered. I hope I can hear from White Lily via this review to rectify the order delivery. I appreciate that they arranged a guaranteed delivery with my friend, but I also expected the order to be fulfilled as ordered. After all, I scrolled through countless bouquets to find the one that made me proud to gift my friend. I'm hoping to hear from the White Lily.

I really did not want to do this but I see they have many unhappy customers. I ordered flowers online (thru an agency) and spent 103.00 ish. I know the agency takes a cut but the florist still made enough to give flowers that wouldnt wilt in 2 days, and looklike a walmart botique. I also requested 5 roses and got 3. 5 was symbolic. Lastly, why would a business based in sebago deliver to westbrook. I would of never ordered directly from them.

I hate writing negative reviews, especially for a local business, but people need to be warned about this place. The store's number goes to a generic voice mail and they did not respond to my email. My husband spent $105 to send this Valentine's Day bouquet, which looks even worse in person. It's the most tragic professional arrangement I've ever seen. The flowers are mostly dead or past their prime, and no effort was put in to arranging them. If they didn't have enough fresh flowers to fulfil the order, they should have said so and provided a refund. I can't believe someone thought this was acceptable.

I cannot compliment this outstanding business enough. I ordered early in the morning but gave a wrong phone number, so called the driver during the day. He had extensive deliveries in Sebago, but when I told him it was really important to get my delivery down to Westbrook that day, he committed to delivering them at the end of a very long day. The flowers were for a dear friend who had just lost her mother. This extra service is way above and beyond expectations, but my gratitude is heartfelt. The arrangement itself was perfection. This is a company with a heart, and I hope to do business with them again.

Wow!! The bouquet The White Lily Maine pulled together for my mom in law was awesome!! And the pulled it together on Sat morning last minute. I messengered them, called, completed the transaction and the bouquet was delivered. BEAUTIFUL!!!

What was ordered ($70 arrangement "deluxe" with bountiful summer colors, limited "filler" cheap flowers/greens - tall arrangement) vs. what was sent (Dead and nearly dead drooping flowers that was beyond sparse that arrived LITERALLY falling apart and not even in the correct color family as what was ordered -- not to mention ALL FILLER. The only few flowers that werent filler JUNK were dead except for 2 roses... Nothing like arrangement ordered. From someone who orders flowers regularly for closings, home staging and events I have never seen anything so pitiful in my entire life. No Option to upload the flowers photo here but they are disgracefully displayed on the review posted to sitejabber.com for sendflowers.com

Ordered flowers to be delivered today, even stated on my invoice Saturday May 22nd, but disappointedly they never arrived. They were supposed to help celebrate my daughter’s graduation. How utterly disappointing, not even a phone call or email that they wouldn’t be delivered today.****************************UPDATED REVIEW-Nick, the owner reached out to me 5 times on Monday, he wanted to make it right. I didn’t receive his voicemails until later in the day when he was delivering the ‘upgraded flowers and chocolates’ that be added to my order. The shop hours hadn’t been updated on their website, hence the issue. All in all, I’m happy with the way things turned out, not sure how upgraded the flowers really are, but they arrived and surprised my daughter.

My mother had open heart surgery and was in the hospital for Mother's Day. I ordered some beautiful flowers through Avas Flowers online service. I paid extra for a real Mother's Day card. Their site says same day delivery but I received an email to call them. I did. They explained that they could not do the deliver that day but guaranteed me they would be delivered the next morning. I had asked for a refund but they GUARANTEED next morning delivery because my mother was going in for surgery at 3 and I wanted her to have them before that. NO FLOWERS UNTIL 4:30pm Then my father visited the next day and sent me a picture of these flowers. WOW I paid $107.00 for that. Really. Not what the picture looked like at all. I was robbed.

Received three different sets of flowers on 9/19/2020 from the white Lily and the flowers all looked tired on the delivery day (not fresh). Thus, they will look truly bad in 1-3 days. not worth the money. maybe receiving an order of 3 was too much for what they had in stock. also my niece sent a picture of her order is was much large than what was received. Didn't have the heart to tell the people who sent them that the quality of the flowers were poor. it is the thought that counts but the store should have insured quality arrangements!!
