“Well, they have both climate controlled units and regular ones. There might not always be someone at the particular location, as a recent job posting stated that the position requires they go from one site to another, so make a call to verify someone is there before just showing up.

Climate control is nice but not weatherproof, as I learned just the other day. There was a small leak in my unit - which happened to be right at the only spot with two boxed items. As of this review, I have not reached out to them to address this, but that is because no one was in (whether for the above reason or due to my being outside operational hours, I don't know) and I hate phone calls, avoiding them when possible. I will address it next time I am there.

They do have packing supplies for purchase, as well as locks. There are hand carts for use to make bringing things inside easier. There are also cameras throughout the space, which makes me feel more at ease.

The singular time i did speak with someone, they were friendly yet professional. No complaints from me there.”
