Unfortunately, it appears that Steve’s Appliance is no longer the service center I would ever recommend to repair any sort of appliances, whether purchased there or not. My partner and I called to get our washer dryer stacking combo serviced, thankfully not a rush and we had been quite patient on getting it scheduled to be looked at. The day the technician came out, he only really focused on our dryer, which he did point out the issue (leaving us to clean it out) and it appears to work. Great! Our washer however, was looked at, “cleaned out” and then deemed good to go, without testing or even addressing the issue at hand (which, I would later be informed he put in his notes that he did in fact test it, which I find hard to believe as 1. I was there, and 2. If he had tested it, he would find that it did not, in fact, work). When I brought this up, I was informed a tech would return in a couple weeks. Not a problem, we were super patient and understanding. Come the date we were supposed to have a tech out, I’m waiting around for the three hour window given, until that window closed and I reached out to be told we needed to have a part ordered and to be rescheduled to the following week. Okay! Awesome, just want it fixed, despite being skeptical of the part spoken about (it was to drain it, when the washer itself drains fine, it just doesn’t spin, but I’m not a technician after all…). A week goes by, no communication at all from Steve’s Appliance, I call in to be told it going to be scheduled for the following week. I’ve now wasted two afternoons now with little to no communication, and it had taken a lot to even get any quotes out of them for the price of the service, on top of another service charge. Apparently 2023 is now the year to not do right by a customer, as when I called in to express concern about being charged so many times when nothing would actually be getting fixed, I was pushed aside and made to feel like I was the silly one to have such concerns and would be paying regardless of how many times he had to come out (as this is normal, apparently). Due to the treatment from all ends of the staff, I have now canceled my appointment to have a random part installed that has left me questioning the credibility of their technicians, and will be leaving frustrated as I’ve now handed off money to a company who would have been more than happy to leave me with a broken machine had I not brought it to their attention.Please look elsewhere for your repair needs, as this is not the location to be respected and treated fairly, despite persistent patience in waiting for a company to figure out where their ducks have run off to.

I purchased Speed Queen washer dryer set in 2015 from Steve’s. Have recommended both ever since! Today, Steve’s proved the right choice again! I have had at least an average of 7 people running this set. Many young adults who overfill washer and drag clean clothes back and forth over lint trap ? Dryer quit heating, called Steve’s as soon as they opened. Dryer was back to it's wonderful self by 1030 am. SQ is American made and the only difference between mine and ones they make for laundromat is no coin operation, although sometimes I wish it were. Set I had before this lasted 3 years, so these have definitely been a great choice saving much money and aggravation! I will be purchasing 4 piece kitchen appliance set at Steve’s before Memorial Day Sale ends!

All I needed was a heating element for my dryer. I went to Steve's and there was not one person that could find the part for me. I left my number so they could call me when the part person got back. I waited 2 hours then ordered on Amazon instead. A good thing too because I never did receive the call. I will never buy from them again. I get better results from box stores. I would give zero stars if i could.

Great quality products at a great price. Delivery was fast and workers were polite courteous and were in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend Steve’s Appliance & Furniture.

Bosch lists them as one of their three servicers in the area but they, and the other two servicers Bosch lists, refuse to service any appliance they didn't sell.Edit: Seems like a problem with your business partners listing you as a service provider, maybe talk to them about it!

Recently purchased a stove from them online. The salesperson was very helpful and we had the stove within a week, as promised. The delivery people were polite and knowledgeable. These folks are really exceptional.

Whenever I need appliance , furniture or items that make a house a home , Steve’s is the first place I go. Their customer service and support is like no other. Prices are usually less than box stoves and they back up their products! They are there to meet your needs! Thank you so much!

There were several "bumps" in the process of purchasing and delivery of our new refrigerator but the two men who delivered to me today were wonderful!! The man who was in charge was professional, willing to go above and beyond to help us make the refrigerator work in our limited space. He was focused on making us happy and was apologetic when the delivery did not get off on the right foot. I would purchase from you again sorely because of these two men and how hard they worked to make things right today!!I didn't get their names but they are an asset and should be rewarded for the way they represent your business.Thank you!!.

Edson was a great sales person. He was very knowledgeable regarding the different lines and types within the line of microwaves. He also set up delivery to the store for today, 1/20/23. The young lady behind the desk was very nice both the day that I purchased the microwave and today when I picked it up. Steve was prompt in running over to the warehouse and putting it in my vehicle. Very quick process! I’m very pleased!

Unfortunately, not a good experience . The sales person was not friendly and didn’t seem to want to sell us a new wall oven. Cancelled order and went somewhere else that would deliver and install new oven in timely manner .

I started purchasing from Steve when he just had a few appliances in a small warehouse behind his house. That was a couple decades ago. His excellent service and good heart is what built the business to what it is today, in my opinion. I have never had reason to complain about anything with this business! They are friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Service of appliances when needed has always been prompt, efficient, and reasonable. Once or twice I've gone elsewhere, thinking I'd found a deal, but I've regretted it both times. Steve's is the best!

Well, so far this has been a disappointing experience. Purchased brand-new appliances in September (delivered in mid October). Immediately had issues with the Electrolux Dryer and LG Range. The range was fixed, but I am being given the runaround about the dryer. It's been OVER 2 months now and no repair, no replacement, and very poor communication.I hope to be able to update this review, but presently, I am very disappointed in the products and the service.

My wife and I bought a bertazzoni stove fridge and dishwasher over 2 year now still waiting on them to replace the glass in the front that keeps popping off and all we have gotten was that tha parts are coming from itialy!!!! Did they come yet? Not yet
