Dollar Stores in Skowhegan, ME

“I hadn't been in this dollar tree for a while. It was before the items that cost more than $1.25 were added. I'm not completely on board with that change. It's nice to have more options, but at the same time, I don't like that I have to now check each items price when before I knew each item was a buck, now a buck and a quarter. That's one of the reasons I loved shopping at the dollar tree. If I wanted more options at a higher price, I would have gone to the dollar general or family dollar. Now, the dollar tree is just about the same as the other 2. So what makes me want to go there, specifically when I could just go to the other 2 and have even more options ? They also have dollar items, not $1.25 either. The dollar tree used to stand out to me and drew me in with the idea that everything I saw was a dollar. Then inflation happened to make it $1.25, but at least everything was that same price. Also, I noticed some things that I could have gotten f or a dollar is now priced at $3, it seems that way to me anyway. Or I could just be sour about this change, idk.”

“Recently remodeled! For a north-east family dollar this is probably one of the nicer ones now. Full grocery section, plus great a pet area with good healthy brands for cats and dogs. The flea and tick meds for cats and dogs, is low tier at best however. Will definitely stop when passing by, if I need anything.”
