Food took 50 mi it's past expected ready time. We hD free chicken wings to go with the meal and they said they wpuld be another 10 minutes amd we said forget it and left without them. I'm not sure what went wrong in their kitchen but you could see noone had any clue what was going on and it created a massive backup. I feel bad for the door dasher who got stuck waiting for a pick up. That was a problem with management no doubt and I'm still in awe of how poorly they were running that shift.

The staff has a very hard time at remembering to provide the plastic utensils when customers are ordering side orders that require a utensil. They need to do better at remembering to provide the utensils with every side order for every customer. This is the fifth time I've ordered from this place side order only and they've not provided utensils.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell. The food quality is appalling for both brands. Literally 2-3 minutes after picking up the order from the drive-thru window, it's cold and unpalatable.

Don't go here after 8:00pm and expect to get chicken tenders despite the fact they're open until 11:00pm. They run out frequently and on the rare occasion that they actually have chicken, the rest of the order is often wrong.

My fries were cold and I asked for nacho cheese sauce for my large fries and I was given one sauce container that was filled 1/4 the way with cheese.

Ordered meal and brownies thru app. Everything ready when I got there. Got home and no brownies ($6.99) traveled back to restaurant and told them no brownies included. Clerk said. "Well, we are out of them. Don't have them any more." I said I had already paid through the app and another clerk came out and said I would have to get refund back through the app. I said it would have been nice to be told when I picked up the order and she said I should have been told. So, I contact customer (dis) service through app. I get a form response saying they apologize and take feedback "very seriously" and will let the store know. I replied stating how.poor the management is and that they are often out of items (pot pie, chicken type you want, no biscuits and even no biscuits or butter before, etc etc) But, also, how about making sure my $6.99 + be refunded since I didn't get the brownies. No reply. Guess the automatic system can't handle any actual complaints with real solutions needed. So BUYER BEWARE. Skowhegan KFC may charge you, but not refund when they are out and the chain could care less. KFC doesn't mind stealing from people. Finally. I called the number and they will refund the $6.99. Not much help for extremely poor service, but something.

Closed at 8:30? Second time I've come before closing hours to a store with all lights shut off but a couple cars in the lot. Sat at the speaker just incase. Nothing.
