“As I walked into this business location, I was greeted by the company of a few well behaved, dogs. I patiently waited in line, and when it was my turn, the woman is at the desk treated me very kindly. We had conversations about my interests, and I understood the things that she explained to me about the service that I was there to purchase. I gave my information, I drove the U-haul vehicle, moved everything in one day with the assistance of a friend, and I brought back the vehicle back to the business location and left the keys in the drop slot. I'm very satisfied, with the seamlessness and the great outcome that I experienced. I recommend this business location to anyone that is interested in moving their belongings to a new location.”
“My wife and I were moving to TX from Maine and we rented a penske truck from here, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is by far the best place to rent penske trucks in maine. Thank you”
“I called around to several places to find a pod-like storage units for our move. Nichols Self-Storage was the by FAR the easiest to communicate with, get information from and to work with even before they were hired. I quickly heard back about pricing (which was affordable), insurance info and answers to my many questions. When it came time for the units to arrive, they were flexible, prompt, friendly and super nice to work with (genuinely nice people). We had to move our units twice! And I could not be more impressed with scheduling and the moving process. I was a little nervous since all of our worldly belongings were in these units, but they were professional and very careful with each move. Also, the units were in very good condition and seemed to be pretty pest proof with tight seals and no gaps. I highly recommend giving them a call!”

“I just cleared my storage unit at Holmes Self Storage. I’ve stored furniture, clothes, books, and other household items for more than 10 years. My belongings were still in good condition after 10 years. Everything stayed dry. I was able to donate the clothes, books, household items, and a couple pieces of furniture to Goodwill. The owners were friendly, professional, easy to contact, and responsive. Great service, thanks!”
