My name is RICHARD TORO And I went through a terrible experience applying for this great company my wife LUZ G RIVERA that has been with me for 23yrs we decided that it would be great to work together and also fix the floors in skowhegan store .
Unfortunately my initial meeting for the actual interview was very unprofessional and quite disappointing

Manager not a man of his word. I have dogs that only eat food that Tractor Supply sells. I had an injury to my leg called in advance and begged if they could hold out for me to get there that I would be 3 minutes past their closing time and he said he would do what he could. I arrived 2 minutes after and he has his associate tell me he pulled the drawers and that I was too late. Lost my business I will be ordering online from now on...

Had a great experience at this location thanks to Cheyenne. I needed help lifting a 50 lbs item and I asked her for help. She stopped what she was doing and came right over. Cheyenne followed me to check out and helped me get the item into my car. I was so great ful to have the extra set of hands! She even returned my cart for me when we were done. I appreciate her going above and beyond and being so kind. I will be back to this location because of her!

I wish I could give this a negative rating.
We love TS but not the new manager "TINA" here in Skowhegan.
She needs customer relation skill training.
She is a black eye to the TS image.
Horrible customer service....

I will admit that my pet peeve is bad customer service, Tractor Supply in Skowhegan didn’t disappoint yesterday…first the manager got into a “discussion” with an employee about who was going to go outside and help me load the snow-thrower I had just purchased. It wasn’t going to be “she” for whatever reason as she turned her back and walked off leaving the other employee to do it. This is not the first time I witnessed the manager being rude or lazy. Apparently T-S isn’t to careful who they hire to represent their store and speaking of hiring; apparently Tabetha isn’t to picky about who she hires…the snow-thrower I purchased was put together wrong and would not run. I found this out after I got it home, filled it with gas and started it. It was stuck in the 6th speed, obviously put together that way because the wires on the right hand throttle were crossed and put on backwards-the same thing with the left lever, 2 wires crossed and put in opposite that they are suppose to be resulting in not being able to squeeze either throttle. Luckily I have a knowledgeable neighbor who fixed my brand new snow thrower for me. I will not be spending any more money at the Skowhegan store.

Love Tractor Supply. Great variety of pet supplies,tools, birdseed, etc. Little expensive, but usually have what you're looking for.
