Thought I was contacting the local Walgreens thru this link using the contact number for my store, but NOT!!! I couldn’t get an answer to my question. The customer service person just kept saying to contact my local store! That’s what I was doing!!!!!

Ordered a photo gift on line for pick up. When we arrive the Young snotty cashier unapologically told me they didn't have the supplies to make it so they didn't. When I asked what now, she told me that I'd have to cancel the order. I asked why they hadn't cancelled the order and saved me the trip. She huffed and walked away. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long long time and from what I've read this is her m.o. guess the company doesn't care.

Do not go here if you are a descendant of American slavery. The old older women and the young supervisor are racist. I waited in line and was given dirty looks by the supervisor. When I got up there she said her computer was down. We moved to old older lady’s register and they wanted me to pick up everything and move it. I refused like Rosa Parks and just moved myself to the register. Been there twice (and register has been down when I wait in line and it’s my turn) and for some reason these two females can’t seem to love themselves enough not to be so ugly all the time. Self-hate is a serious condition, I pray the Lord help them.

It’s a stormy day and I didn’t feel well on top of that. I was happy to see that Walgreens had a pick up option so I could go there and get my prescription and pick up a couple of necessities at the same time. I couldn’t find wet cat food cans online and I couldn’t believe that they would be out of every single different type of wet cat food so when I pulled up to the drive-through I asked if they had one can of wet cat food out of desperation and was ignored. I then asked two more times because the pick up was taking so long I thought they’d have time to check. It wasn’t until I outright said that I did not believe they did not have one can of wet cat food in stock that the manager finally offered to go check. I politely declined knowing that they could care less about my cats and good customer service. I know it was rude but I did say that they’d probably just say there wasn’t out of annoyance. I just said I’d be back to check myself when I felt better. Were they completely out of stock on wet cat food? Probably. That’s not the point. When you can’t even fake giving a flying fudge in-front of the customer that’s when you need to take a vacation.

I have been 3 days trying to get a prescription filled and mailed. Every day, I am told, "tomorrow ". I am going to be looking into switching pharmacies.
