When ST first released their own branded pens, I bought one because mine at the time was a goner, and boy did I put MILES on that pen. I dropped it, washed it, left it out in the rain once or twice, ran it over by accident once, closed it in a car door once, and the only thing that finally killed it was me trying to leave it charging overnight on a charger that was way too high output. And that one was just from their first batch. I've now bought one more recently, and so far, the only thing remotely close to a drawback about it is the Micro USB charging as opposed to type C. These do their homework, their research, and they do take notes.
