“Spoke to Jacob at Paris store. Some windows on house are 20 plus years old. Needed new screens. Jacob researched it and got back to me quickly. Ordered and two weeks later as promised they were in. What I paid may be the going price, I think especially considering the beyond excellent service , the efficiency and the accuracy, the “price” was particularly fair. How do I rate a business? Staff, courtesy and communication and follow up are of the highest priority to start. Need a new screen? First stop and most likely last is the Paris Portland Glass with Jacob at the helm. I’ll be back.”

“We were going camping and my 18 ram would not start after shutting it off to fuel up. Some nice people helped me push it out of the way. A gentleman at the Irving station in west Bethel was a life saver. He told me about Nate’s Auto and called him for me Nate tried helping me over the phone but that didn’t work. So I had it towed to Nate’s and he said he was crazy busy and would work it in. Which he did. It needed a new timing chain and gears. He replaced the parts in a very reasonable time even though he was busy. Truck runs great. I would recommend him for all your auto repairs. Excellent technician. Thanks Nate. PS. Very fair price for repairs.”

“You truly can't do better for auto sales, service, body work, detailing in Maine. I mean it! We have a Dodge Ram and a Dodge Durango, and this is the only place we go if those vehicles need service, or if we've had an accident or need body work. I drive a Ford Expedition MAX because the Wagoneer wasn't an option back in 2020 when I needed a super huge SUV and I took it to them when I was in an accident because they are the BEST.I had an appointment today to get an estimate on having them paint a trailer and the man I met with took photos and talked with Bessey's experts and then called me to give me more affordable options for the work I need done, as they specialize in collision repair, and cars, trucks, SUVs, NOT trailers. Mind you, I called Goodwin Chevrolet in Oxford yesterday, and their response when I said I needed my trailer repainted was, "we wouldn't be interested in that project." Bessey's work force is kind and they treat you seriously and KINDLY if you have a project whether it "interests" them, or not. I bought a brand new Jeep Sahara Wrangler from them years ago that they had built for me and the entire transaction was awesome. It was easily my most favorite vehicle I've ever owned. I, unfortunately, needing a much bigger SUV.I couldn't recommend a car dealer more adamantly. Someone needs to give the young man who helped me today a raise. I wish I'd caught his name! George?
