I called to get information on whether the company still has a storage container and our belongings. After a terrible experience with a home owners insurance claim through our insurance company, this company came and essentially stole the container off our property with all our things. I spoke with a woman who was SO incredibly rude after I simply asked a question, kept cutting me off, called me a liar, and the list of awful customer service goes on. She ended up revealing that our insurance company apparently never paid a dime for the container (which was news to me and I was appalled at the news) and instead of allowing me to ask whether we could set up a payment plan or anything, she cut me off and blamed her poor abilities on “I’ve only been here a year and the person before me left a mess.” That’s fine, we all get stuck with the mess a previous person left but that doesn’t EVER mean you should be incessantly rude to a customer who’s simply trying to find out whether you still have their belongings. I never got the information because she hung up on me.

These guys were great; new, clean 20' container for $100/mo was MUCH cheaper (and larger) than PODS. I'll definitely use them again.
