Worst service ever my wife broke down. They refused to come pick up my wife's car because the membership is under my name we talking about my wife same house!!! rip off absolutely rip off.

Came in for an International Drivers Permit and there were some technological difficulties so it took a little longer than expected. The employees were super nice though and apologized and made up for it even though I wasn't bothered! Great customer service.

18 hrs to get towed on and off we will be there in a few hrs. lost appointment with my specialist Dr. I have to reschedule. PREMIER CUSTOMER. Been with AAA for over 50 yrs on and off. Whish ALA Road service was still around. I will never get the premier package again. Veteran U.SM.C.

Call late night raining stuck on the side of the road..ended up having to abandon the vehicle never received the vehicle until afternoon the following day.. After I've been told that It would be picked up at 8:30 AM the following morning..?
