My friend bought a phone from this Apple Store and although she made the purchase, she was super unsatisfied with the sales associate’s demeanor. However, we came back to the store shortly after cause we needed a little bit of assistance and ELENA was THE REAL OG and the nicest person, she helped us super fast. We wished we did the purchase trough her so she can get the commission.

Bought an Apple Watch. Handed off to 3 different Educational People to do initial set up. All 3 had very little time, as said they had to teach a class, or go to lunch, or had another appointment. Very disappointing truly.

I’ve always trusted Apple, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went to buy a MacBook Pro and used three payment methods, cash, debit, and credit. My credit card didn’t go through, so I canceled the order. They refunded my cash and said the debit card payment would return to my account in a few days. It’s been over a week, and nothing came back. My bank confirmed Apple took $781, but when I returned to the store, one of the older employees with a brown/blond beard rudely claimed no payment was taken and said both cards were declined, even after I showed proof from my bank. Then he said they “didn’t have the receipt,” so there was nothing they could do, even though they never gave me one in the first place. Now my bank has to dispute it to get my money back. Completely unprofessional and dishonest experience. I’ll never recommend this store to anyone. later found another Google review describing almost the same issue with this same employee (Mr. Kat) rude behavior, lack of help, and refusing to give his name. Clearly, this is a recurring problem that Apple needs to fix

I worked late and I sent a card to a friend for birthday I took picture for them . I was outside store. I got hacked or scanned because they gave me a heart and the money was gone. My friend didn't get the money and I'm out 500. If you do send card like I did wait till your in car or home

I had just gotten off an overnight flight and stopped by to buy a new watch. I still had my duffel bag with me and probably looked a bit tired, but I was completely ignored for about 20 minutes. It felt like they assumed I couldn’t afford anything or wasn’t worth helping. It’s a terrible way to treat someone who came in ready to make a purchase

As a business owner and founder of an AI startup, I frequently evaluate technology companies for partnership potential. Unfortunately, my experience at the Maine Mall Apple Store was extremely disappointing. The staff processed recycling products right in front of paying customers and left people waiting for assistance for an unreasonable amount of time. After being ignored for 40 minutes, I was met with an ageist, condescending attitude from the technician, and another associate interrupted me with aggression rather than support.
Respect for customer time and professionalism are not luxuries — they are basic expectations. Experiences like this directly impact my impression of Apple’s retail culture and influence decisions about future business collaborations

I took my Apple phone to get a new battery. It was less than 75% charging, so it qualified me for a replacement. I purchased ahead of time, Apple care which takes care of drops, battery replacement, pretty much anything. So I paid nothing for replacement. I waited maybe an hour, and went shopping in the mall. They did a great job, and highly recommend.
Prior to this I had to take my phone in, bec. the port was plugged with some food I think. Thank God they were able to blow it out with no other problems.

Dealt with Emily and Kat (mostly Mr Kat) the older red head guy with a winter hat and glasses and wow...Kat was terrible to me. Totally new to Apple and trying to transition but with people like Kat and Emily I think it is a foolish move. Asked for help with a 2 week old iphone and no one even willing to help me. Drove an hour and he was so condescending and rude. Emily threatened to kick me out of store saying I took a picture of the Mr. Kat. Maybe instead of threatening me try helping me! I just wanted someone to act like they cared and were willing to talk to a non threatening middle aged technology challenged guy who wanted to transition from Android to Apple.
Refused to give me name or any info and said he was the store manager. Wow just WOW

iPhone SE 2nd generation REAL review:
Apple, I’m writing this as a thanks.
2+ years ago I was between a rock and a hard spot financially due to a new permanent illness and lost my access to my phone.
When I got sick and lost my income the phone company had no mercy and immediately shut down my account.
I had no way to communicate with my doctors or my child so I had to sell some of my personal belongings to fix the issue.
I went to Walmart on my own mission impossible to grab a phone truly capable of the demanding needs, apps and speed required to meet the demands & expectations of employers for applying to jobs, and video calls for doctor’s appointments and solid encryption to avoid yet another identity theft crisis…
And to do this with $250….
I found this iPhone SE on sale, it was $150 at Walmart, and with a $35 plan I still had over $50 left over to get a few gallons of gas and a sandwich for dinner.
Fast forward 2 or 3 years;
I’ve used this phone to play Genshin impact, CODM, do paperwork, emails, get jobs, video calls, it holds hundreds, maybe thousands of decent quality photos…. I have dropped this phone down a basement staircase on cement, it fell off the roof of my car going 30mph, it was accidentally used as a door stopper, it was lost outside during the winter and was chiseled from ice 2 days later still on and receiving calls, I worked in a metal grinding factory and had it sliding on metal filings for a year - no harsh scratches…
I just can’t even begin to describe how thankful I am for you making a really nice product for not well to do folks.
This iPhone has really changed my life. I’m still struggling to this day and still can’t afford a new iPhone, but I have a feeling this one is going to do just fine for another 2-3 years. So thank you folks at Apple.
On a side note, straight talk is the best cellphone carrier for the price point and the access, can’t be beat, thanks straight talk.
