Bad experience. Unfortunately this is not the first time that I am disappointed in this store but it's the last time I'm going there. I made a "genius" bar appt for a screen issue with a Macbook pro that I have had for 6 years...after 10 minutes I am told very politely that they can "help me decrease my impact on the environment" (aka recycle it for me for free...) or pay $700 to have screen replaced. Didn't even pretend they would try to repair it or diagnose it, maybe the issue was a bad screen connector/cable. In any case, their only focus unfortunately seems to be on selling you new products...waste of my time.

Ordered an IPad and a case got home and the case box was completely empty. Assuming someone stole it in the store. Absolutely ridiculous this would happen when spending 80 bucks on a case

My goodness: Promised a solution over the phone with incident number: Refused services promised. Sent 6;00 AM reminder for Genius Appointment at 10:00 AM.My treatment was absent Dignity, Respect, Good Faith and Fair Play. The Store Manager told me I AM NOT TECHNICAL!I was promised the ability to watch the repair over the phone and refused in person. With what Google has planned with Cisco on the Android and Chrome Platforms, Apple will trail in Price and Performance.With my 71st birthday on Saturday and there elective surgeries coming up in the next 45 days I have not taken the time to review the financial records to prepare a Federal Trade Commission Complaint.I did study Public Relations at Boston University with classmates including Howard Stern and Bill O'Reilly. Even with my new HP COLOR PRINTER and postage I need to focus on my health; first!

Apple is always a five star from me! They have great employees here, super friendly and helpful. The selection of stuff is broad enough for most everyone that would shop here. It’s nice to have an Apple Store in the area.

My macbook has a vertical line I can't get rid of so I made an appointment at the Apple Store. When I arrived I told them I had brought my other, older mac with me and hoped they could clean it out as well, as it is very sluggish. I was told very sternly that I had made an appointment for only one mac and for 15 minutes only (which hadn't been explained on the website). So I sat down and waited while my fifteen minutes came and went. After a half hour a tech started helping a man across the table from me whose appointment was 15 minutes after mine.We are all used to waiting when stores are very busy, but no one would look at me, no one made eye contact, and no one explained or apologized.Customer service here is truly awful. You feel like a cog in a machine. An unfriendly machine.

Experience has been in the middle of weekdays. Always very quick to greet and point you in the direction, pickup, troubleshooting, repair, etc. No issues picking up watches or iPhone. Very quick at diagnosing physical issue with MacBook and repairing onsite for pickup the next few business days.

The team at this Apple Store have brought my phone back to life twice in the past couple of months after I thought it was done for - and at no charge to me. Wait times can be long but it’s worth the quality service.

First time I went there I had an issue with my se. They offered to see if I wanted a loaner but declined because I had a back up phone. They sent me my phone back after they addressed the issue with it. I went by today and they were straight forward with how long it would take to fix the shattered backing on my 15. Didn’t take them too long to fix it and super happy and content with their services.

To say this location is busy is an understatement as they always have lines (they are that busy). They definitely have plenty of staff as I count 20+ at any given time, but to add more staff would only create a situation where the store is over crowded. They have utilized some COVID measures that does limit the number of people in store to the number of available staff which makes sense. In some instances if you are just browsing, they allow you to go in anyway.I have never had an issue with this location and I alway know what I want so I get in and out in under 10 minutes. That's the best strategy is got there with a decision already made and your wait time is cut in half compared to some of the other reviews.

After I damaged my laptop, the team at this location helped me with a series of complicated repairs. They were kind, knowledgeable, communicative, and patient throughout the process. They made sure my issues were fully resolved, and helped me get back to work. I really appreciate their expertise and great customer service.
