Terrible customer service opened an account first of may and still no debit card, then they charged me $15 for another card when I never received other one! I recommend if u have banking needs to by pass this branch, not professional, rude, controlling attitude WITH MY MONEY. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!

After several unsuccessful attempts to access an account with phone support, they said I'd have to go to a branch to unlock the acct. Drove an hour to closest branch. Teller was new so not very able to help. Her manager was quite adept at explaining all the reasons he could not help. Left without resolution. Soon to be former boa customer.

If you are going to close the branch you need to notify safe deposit holders what is going on. No emails, no letters no instructions on how to get into a safe deposit box that we pay for!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am 79 years old, can no longer drive, so am dependent on rides from friends, family, or taxis, I am a Maine native, but am in Portland only part of the year, visiting husband's family in Texas in coldest months. My 1st visit to B of A at Mill creek Shopping Center to try to do a wire transfer, was met with coldness, indifference, and rebuff..that I \\\"need an appointment\\\"...So, I made one for 9:30 a.m. today..BUT, after calling 3 different taxi companies, I could not get a ride until after 10...So, I tried FIVE times to reach the bank...and repeatedly was informed that all agents were busy....There was NO WAY to leave a message, which would have allowed me to politely inform them I needed to cancel today's appointment--and reschedule.....BUT, there was no way to reach a human OR a recording machine. SO SAD THAT PERSONAL SERVICE - OR, AT LEAST - a RECORDING OPTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE. Now I will have to try to do the 2 wire transfers on-line, which is difficult for me due to sight problems.

To be clear, this review is about BoA the company and NOT about the employees at this branch. In decades of banking I have never been treated with such disrespect and indifference. I will never have anything to do with this company again.

10 am on a Saturday morning and no rolls of quarters in the house. Not a negative review of the staff because they are great! Just awareness for others that need quarters.

Tellers had a poor attitude. Also a heads up if you dont have an account and cash a check that's from one of their account holders they charge a few of 8 dollars.

20 years of doing business with this company as a credit card. never missed a payment. The company closed my account due to inactivity and when I paid the final payment they assessed an interest charge beyond the payoff amount. I called and they quoted policy and process and gave me excuses like we can't and its not fair. Never once mentioned customer service or loyalty for 20 years of flawless credit. Won't ever do business with them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else do either.

Terrible branch. I called on my day off and made an appointment to change my last name on my account. The woman on the phone told me about all of the paperwork I needed to bring, how long it would take, etc. I showed up for my appointment and was told that my spouse needed to be with me to sign off on the name change. Nobody could tell me why I wasn't told this while making my appointment. I was told to leave and come back later with my spouse despite them being at work. I called back to make another appointment, was placed on hold for 15 minutes until they closed, and never got through. Absolutely awful service and customer communication. Save your headache with this group of employees and go somewhere else.

Monday morning 9a line of about 5 people and only 1 teller?!? Friendly staff, clean and tidy entrance and lobby. Teller was kind and a little rushed due to the line increasing while waiting on me but did not loose his composure. Not sure why this bank operates with only one teller at a time when they have 5 counters. More staff needed especially at opening on a Monday morning
