Just awful! Made an appointment to speak about investment portfolio for my mom. The representative right away didn’t want to take a minute of his day to sit down, dismissive Custumer service . She asked for interpreter and was told they don’t have one. Which is fine! So she asked to add me on the line so I can translate. In which case the person who talked her said she can’t call anyone to translate and if she wants help call this number, and told her to leave they can’t help. Just such awful banking experience.

Usually have a pretty good experience here, tried to get some small bills for the business I work for and the Luka Doncic looking guy told me they’re “prioritizing clients”, I’ve been a member here for over 10 years so this was quite a surprise to me, not exactly his fault but didn’t want to work with me at all and acted like I was interrupting his day, everyone else is great!

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I cashed about 5-6 paychecks here with no problem at all. Then their male teller "Zulu" wouldn't cash my paycheck! He claimed because of a small rip he couldn't cash it and ridiculously suggested I go back to my employer and have it reissued!? Umm no, I will just go to another branch where someone with a brain and eyeballs can help me. The next branch cashed it with ZERO issues! So today I go back in and give them a second chance... Same teller, new issue! Now he wants to charge me $8 to cash the check when my employer has free cashing of checks at this bank. I suggest this teller gets more training on his teller position. After that, I would seriously suggest some sensitivity training for this teller!! I've NEVER felt so judged at a bank! You win dude! I will NEVER be back!!!

I have been to many locations all over USA and this is one of the better ones. They have plenty of tellers and they are very efficient.

Worst customer service. They don’t keep $100 bills at all. I don’t understand what kind of bank is this. They always ask you to come tomorrow. The guy name Zulu is worst.It’s good that Chase got open area.

Brought in two checks drawn from a boa account. Manager told me “we charge $8 per check.” I left noting that was why I never did banking with boa. Serious rip off.Thanks for nothing. I will never be back

Most fees, limited location(4), no drive through banking, long waits in line, always requires a manager to complete check cashing...terrible!

Slowest moving employee’s I have ever seen!!! Every time I go there it takes at least 20min even with only one person ahead of me. There is only 1 teller working at a time with another person walking around with an iPad that is completely useless it is beyond frustrating. Highly do not recommend going to this location.

Having the worst experience trying to convert pounds to US dollars. Website states any Bank of America branch can do this at any time. I’ve now wasted three trips to the bank and still have pounds not dollars. One branch claiming their teller system was down, next branch claiming only the mall location offers this service. Went to the mall location only to be told the person who does this only works 3 days a week. Most inconvenient experience with a bank I’ve ever had.

The line is always out the door. There's always 4 associates but one open register. When asked "Could you open another register?" they say, "I'm not trained" while they stand there and ask other customers how they can help. Ugh I hate this branch.

This review is entirely due to the customer service I received from Daniel Pike. I have never physically been to this location.I recently refinanced my mortgage through Bank of America (with a call center Loan Officer) and was thoroughly disappointment. I was so frustrated with my closing, I called a local Loan Officer, Daniel Pike. Even though Daniel was not my loan officer, he spent an hour on the phone with me answering questions, looking at my closing disclosure documents, and providing me clarification (as much as he could). Even though I was not one of his clients, I was very impressed with the time and effort he put into helping me. I would highly recommend (if you decide on Bank of America) to work with Daniel. I have also emailed him a few times since our phone call and he has responded promptly.

Very disappointed. I have been to this bank four different times . Each time the waiting line is almost out the door. Most of the time they either had one or two tellers. When you walk into the bank there are two reps asking you how they can help. Very polite but they should be working behind the counter helping the other teller or two tellers. Lots of frustration shown by other customers standing in line. Some just walked out.

I have been to this bank 4 different times. Lines are out the door waiting for service. Nice touch with two employees standing by the door asking how they can help you. They really could be better used by working behind the counter helping the other tellers

Very disappointed with service and not practicing ample covid precautions. Had an appt. with Merrill edge rep at noon. Waited until 12:10 she was still with someone who I thought was a customer. Someone had to tell her I was waiting and turns out she was just talking to a bank employee. They should be aware of their appointments and keep an eye out for them! Also crowded lobby which is where I had to wait. Some people not wearing masks! I get it, but in this day and age with rampant covid, very unsafe conditions! Taking my banking elsewhere.

Kelsey was super friendly, efficient and got everything done I needed. I would definitely go back to this branch in the future.
