Going down-hill fast. Raised prices & now removed the prices from at least half of the products. Cashier: people won't complain about the expensive prices & will probably buy it anyway so we win & it's less work for us. The Irving at the top of the hill on the same road is smaller but cleaner & better. Note: I stop at quite a few Irvings in my travels.

This used to be the best place to stop for gas, peanut m&ms, and a restroom after leaving Portland for the evening.Unfortunately, now they close the restroom completely and block it off with a rack of snacks. It’s not out of order, just closed. Last three times I’ve stopped in- same deal. Finally asked tonight, “do you just close the rest room at night time?” “Yes”Sure, they’re open 24 hours, but the restroom seems like a pretty easy service to continue to offer all night!

I work right next door, so I am there often, we have a HUGE employee shortage in SOPO, so you have to give them a pass, maybe they dont work as fast as other worker pre pandemic, but they are kind, thank you, your kindness helped me that day, they look you in the eye, I am horrible with name, like borderline I need to be admitted..... but I asked for theirs names and all I kept saying all the way back to the office is Heather and KAy, 11/21/22m about 11am, These two really helped me, I dont have alot of money, I am just getting back on my feet, they could have embarrassed me but they did not, I was short a little on $$$, we figure it out, and they did not embarrass me, they treated me with respect. It was a slender your wonman, kind of talll, maybe 25-35. The guy he was brown hair, not fat, not skinny, he seemed to be the newest one there. He was really trying and he handled it like a bosss. Thanks guys I see you tomorrow for some more glazed donuts.... ONE LOVE, Cheeers. Odod

I just sat outside and took a video that I'm going to turn into corporate and there was at least 10 people in the store with no masks on the guy working had one on but none of the customers had one on except for me. it is a state law you have to wear a mask inside of any business. I will be sending my video to Circle K corporate so I suggest that you take this seriously require people to wear masks before entering your store Warriors store might be shut down

This particular Irving is situated at one of the triangular intersects of the incredibly busy Broadway and busier Main St in South Portland. On the latter road, you can get in and out of the gas station regardless of which direction you're coming; this is not the case on the former - not a big deal, but's good to know should you get off 295's Exit 4 and are heading into town on Route 1. If you need gas and end up going down Broadway (with the cemetery on your right) instead of down Main, be prepared to turn around (please be respectful of the immediate businesses and residencies just beyond the Irving and DO NOT use their driveways to do so, mmmmkay?). This Irving is great if you just need gas and can pay at the pump thereby avoiding any human interaction. If you need anything more... good luck. The store - both inside and outside - is pretty dirty. Recently I reached into the cooler to get some water and found the bottles I pulled out to be covered in something black and sticky (along with my hand). It's the kind of place I try not to bump into anything at, definitely wouldn't use the bathroom at, and always wipe my purchases down with some sort of cleaner when I get home. And the cashiers? I've only ever experienced rudeness. I've stood in line for ages while cashiers have enjoyed personal phone calls; I've been rung up wrong and then accused that it was somehow my fault. Unpleasantness all around.
