The staff here is very friendly. I was in and out in no time. Parking was pretty good for what seems to be a very busy plaza. Amy was my main contact and she was a pleasure to work with.

An appointment that should have taken 60-90 minutes tops kept me there for 140 minutes. The paperwork alone was at least 7 pages and there were even more pages to fill out on their website using my phone. All this filling out of forms lasted 60-70 minutes. It was unclear to me (from my company) as well as there being hesitancy and uncertainty on the part of 3 different employees of CONCENTRA exactly what I was there for. The forms I filled out were so extensive it was like applying for my job all over again even though I’ve been working for my company over 23 years. The forms wanted to know my past employers going back to the early 1980’s, my social security number, if I used illegal or recreational drugs, and other things that had nothing to do with the pulmonary test that I was sent there to do. Also, I was given an eye exam and audiometric exam which was surprise to me that I was getting that. The CONCENTRA doctor, although very nice and professional, came very close to drawing a blood sample which I haven’t had done to me in over 23 years of employment and there was no legitimate reason to take a blood sample. Luckily, the doctor realized blood did not have to be drawn and so did not do that. I blame this awful experience partly on how it was set up and communicated by my company, but even more so I blame how the several different CONCENTRA medical professionals handled me each step of the way. This whole process needs to be improved.

Going to Cincentra was less nerve wracking than having to do a pee test when you're on probation. I did five years probation and had to test a few times and I was always nervous even though I knew I was clean. Taking a test this time was no sweat (I've been free and clear for 15 years) , no pressure inside my mind. You guys are very stress free and professional, since my recent test, every time I pee I think of Concentra.

This Concentra, by far has surpassed the standard for urgent care. I was highly impressed with the organization. The cleanliness and attention to detail. Not only was the office extremely clean. Snacks were provided. Refreshments were provided and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes for a routine vaccine for work. Great job with this place.

This is a garbage heap staffed by complete and utter imbeciles. Steer clear of this pathetic excuse for patient service. Will never visit Concentra again.

First person to help was pretty rude. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours before I was seen because they couldn’t figure out I was there for a physical. Seen by the doctor for about 4 minutes. $120 later.

The staff is vey polite and welcoming.They are usually busy with fairly long wait times. But the waiting area is comfortable and clean.

I had gone into Concentra expecting an assembly-line, corporate medical experience. To my joy, I interacted with wonderfully competent, highly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly staff, from check-in to physical therapy to check-out. Over my four visits, my scheduled P/T sessions were on-time, and effective in my recovery. While I hope NOT to need to see any of the staff again, I can highly recommend the South Portland Concentra for your P/T needs.
