Tried to go in an purchase a basketball. All the balls were made in China. Need to stop supporting the Communist People's Republic of China that has vowed to wipe us out.

Went in to get an accessory for my water bottle. I had to ask the manger for help because the one I wanted was in the back, and he was able to grab me one. The cashier Klarha was extremely friendly! Overall very satisfied.

I purchased a Sole F63 treadmill on November 8th for $1,199.00. Upon purchasing it I asked the associate, that with the holidays coming, what happens if they drop the price? Will they pay out the difference. To his defense he didn't know the exact rule but said that he was sure that I would be taken care of. Fast forward 3 weeks, my brother needs a treadmill. I go online and see that the same treadmill I purchased is listed $100 less at $1,099.00. I call customer service and they tell me I am out of luck. Something about 14 days. I look over their website and can't find anything about a 14-day policy. Who knows. What I do know is that I am a loyal customer who expected to be taken care of and was not. In my case my customer loyalty was not important.

Called ahead to see if they had a solo stove. The person I spoke with assured me they had plenty, took my name and said she would put one on hold. I arrived to pick it up as well as some other items and was told they sold out. I thought maybe I had called the wrong store, but when called back that number she answered and pretended it was someone else who put one aside for me…I understand that retail brick and mortar is a hard business, customer service should be way better.

Dropped items on the floor twice while laughing about it, barely apologized. Do your associates always roll up customer's clothes in a ball or do they not know how to fold? Had to ask for a bag then watch as the clothes got stuffed into it. Overpriced to be getting that kind of customer service
