The representative who took my order was very nice, appeared to be helpful, and quite chatty and friendly. I have to return the supplements due to feeling unwell, and when asked about the return policy I was assured full refund. That isn't the case. Don't waste your money or your time!

RIP OFF CITY ( SKINNY D)To start with the product is ridiculously expensive I made the mistake of ordering it. I ordered the 4 bottle pack which is the most reasonable per bottle. I SPECIFICALLY asked about returns and was told that I would have to be shipping but NOT return shipping. I checked out the product carefully BEFORE it arrived and realized for weight loss ATKINS protein shakes taste 100 times better and are a FRACTION of the price. Here's the rip off. If you open one bottle to try it you already LOSE 25% of your $$$ because the return doesn't cover expensive cost of the bottle you opened. Then you lose the shipping and WORSE they tried to charge for the return shipping also. I finally had to put in a claim to my credit card. I actually talked to a supervisor but they refused to pay return shipping.. I said OK; you earned a complaint.. HERE IT IS.....

The food was recommended by my vet but my car couldn’t handle it and even though we slowly integrated it and even ended up slow cooking it she would still vomit it up. Okay no problem I don’t blame the food. I cancelled my subscription (or so I thought) apparently when you get the turkey and chicken pack they consider them separate entities. Okay sneaky but whatever. So when I canceled I guess I only canceled the turkey but not the chicken so another box turns up and I’m not only wondering why I received this shipment but it’s completely warm all the food is rotten, probably because of COVID and the extra shipping times but still I can’t use it, even if my cat could handle it, it was completely rancid. The company had nothing to say about this in their reply to my email except to say they will not refund me.

I called customer service after hearing about this product on the radio...the lady was very rude and would not STOP reading her script to me...When I tried to ask a question, she talked over me and never stopped...She said I could only order their products 6 bottles at a time..for $180.00 getting one bottle free.. I said why would I want to do that when I've never even tried it...I knew then..this was a SCAM!! They also sneak and put you on an automatic shipment...I went online to several places, 90% were bad reviews....I can totally tell the reviews who they paid to go review them....By the way you can order all their products on ebay much cheaper from many people who got scammed into 6 bottles that did not work. Now they are trying to get rid of them online.....and the guy below Mason Albert is obviously paid by them to leave that review....threatening to sue people who left a true report of the product saying it was junk...this is America and we can tell the truth still....your positive review is in the minority....THIS COMPANY HAS A HIGH PERCENTAGE OF BAD AND SCAM REVIEWS!!

I have used CalMax for 20+ years. It is intended as a Calcium /Magnesium supplement. It doesn't cure anything. I have Insomnia and restless Leg syndrome and it really helps me. I can't take too much (not more than a teaspoon) or it will give you the runs. Honestly, I have never had to get my money back because I have used this product for 20+years with no complaint. Don't go in thinking it will cure cancer and you will be fine. It is a fast absorbing great source of Calcium, Mag and Vit C. I'm Sorry you guys felt scammed. If bought in bulk, you get a deal, but they should offer a sample size..for sure

I have yet to try the product but solely speaking with 2 customer service representatives completely turned me of from supporting this business. I called to inquire about the product as a Holistic Nutritionist and owner of a wellness company and was met with one of the most sarcastic and flat out rude reps I have ever encountered.
Two days later I received a return call from the company (it might have even been the same man who was calling to offer the product at a lower price) and when I communicated I was no longer interested he became very abrupt, pushy (pushy I understand- that's part of sales) and scornful. He then proceeded to hang up the phone on me while I attempted to explain why I didn't want to move forward with ordering their product. I am beyond shocked to be treated this way from a company.

Be very cautious with this company because they do not let you return exactly as you think. They only give you merchandise credit and not shipping. Anything else that you get will always cost $14.95 For shipping and handling

Thought I would try their CalMax pills which claimed to relieve joint pain. I had a full container of their product without any noticeable results (approx 1 month) so I returned their product. I mentioned that it didn't help my situation. Soon after I received a call from a sales rep, asking how I liked their CalMax and whether I wanted more. I guess one department doesn't listen to another. I told the sales rep not to call again because I didn't want to continue with their product or any other product they had available. A while later, another sales rep called and asked how I enjoyed CalMax. Again I told them the situation and to take me off their call list. This didn't happen and to this day, I keep getting sales reps calling. Stay away from this company.

They keeping Calling - unlike others I was happy with their product CalMax, however, they keep calling me at all hours trying to sell me other products. It is constant. No matter how often I ask them to stop, there is another call the next night. I'll never ever do business with them again!

This company is a ripoff. Ordered a defective product (Calmax) and sent it back a week later. Got an email stating I would receive a full refund after they received the return. I even have the USPS confirmation that they received the product, but they will not refund the money. There are plenty of other companies that sell vitamin supplements. Any of them would be better that Dr. Newtons.
