I usually have a good experience shopping here, but I went in the other day to grab some leather protector for my new shoes. No one greeted me, so I went up to a girl who was working. She was very short with me and seemed annoyed that I asked her a question… She showed me two options. I asked her what the difference was between the two and she said “I don’t know this one is better probably”. I understand not knowing all the differences, but she didn’t even try… Before I could say anything else, she walked away. I looked at the products she showed me just to find out she showed me cleaner not protector. I left after that. Again, I don’t usually have this problem. I’m sure she was having a bad day, but there’s no need to take it out on a customer…

I was at the mall shopping for Christmas. Was going to purchase 6 pack high rise Nike socks. The package price on the back was $22. It rang in for $28 and I asked if she would match the price since the tag clearly states $22. She proceeded to tell me no and that it was marked wrong when it came into the store. I was disappointed and ended up walking out and ordering else where for a better price.

This is a review of Foot Locker as a company, not just this store location. I had a brand new pair of shoes, never worn, tried to return them to the store several times. They were closed every time I drove there, during regular business hours due to short staffing. I contacted the company online to ask what to do and they sent me to the Ready Returns website to process a return to send it to a warehouse. I never received a confirmation email or tracking information after the process and it was sent UPS. I contacted customer service after waiting two weeks for a refund and they are unable to assist me because they don't have a record of the order or the tracking information either. Even though I sent them my original receipt. Not only that, the 4 different customer service reps I spoke with were so unhelpful they kept asking me the same questions rather than doing their job and reading through my thorough explanation of my experience in the thread. And still couldn't help. Yikes Foot Locker. A pair of brand new shoes I wasted time and money on. Will never do business with them again. Not that they would care; a billion dollar company who can't refund a miniscule (to them) amount of money to an honest customer.

This store has changed over time and seems to be all massively large clothing and limited to just ugly Nike shoes for collectors instead of sneakers people actually wear daily.

Aaron had a bad attitude about a return showing no care for customer service. After being told to come here for a return he was not excited to help. Poor attitude keep my bulk buying with a different company. Thanks for the first terrible experience at foot locker Aaron! Hope your sales hit rock bottom:)

The best shoe store I've ever shopped in. Staff were pleasant, but Aaron went above and beyond, trying to get running shoes that would fit my wide feet. A great salesman and a super guy. Shopping there was 1 of the 2 or 3 highlights of my Maine vacation. Too bad South Portland wasn't closer to my home in Nova Scotia.

Aaron Casey is the best kid I know. He has been my sons best friend since elementary school. He is kind , caring and knows his business when it comes to Sneakers!!! I hope you know what a Gem u have !!! Best kid ever!!!!!

Unreal experience. I feel like good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Not at the SoPo footlocker. Aaron helped me with the shoes I was looking for, and even though they didn’t have my size, he made sure the same style was a good fit, and ordered the color I wanted for me. He has a real passion for the work he does. I also worked with Diony. Same service. The two of these guys are genuine and love what they do. Highly recommend working with either of them!
