“I have to say I'm 65 years old I've been through accidents before and I had a very unpleasant experience after my truck was hit on December 23rd 2024 early hours of the morning driving oui this person was insured by Progressive for almost two continuous weeks I was left without any answers or even knowing if I was going to be taken care of or even have my vehicle paid for after being totaled Ajhani I guess was supposed to be my adjuster she was very rude not understanding never answered my text message never answered my emails my voicemails one moment I got her to answer my call only at the very end of my claim only to have her get angry and hang up on me I've never hung up on any of my customers I'm self-employed you can't make everybody happy I understand that she just totally ignored me and didn't walk me through and I was very upset that somebody had totaled my truck out and done serious damage who wouldn't be two continuous weeks to be left in the dark until Raven came along Raven I could never say enough good things about you I hope your future with Progressive and your supervisor Jacqueline understand and appreciate everything you do for Progressive it was such a pleasure from the day I received your first call you walked me through the claim all the way to the end and even Beyond thank you very very much from the bottom of my heart Raven I wish you that your future to be bright you're a keeper Tim Seavey Maine”
