We were in need of a new mattress as the one that was approaching 8 years old had developed an issue and Jordans was able to facilitate handling of the manufactures warranty and we received full credit on the original purchase price towards a new mattress so we decided to visit the S. Portland store and were greeted by Neshti who welcomed us and back the process of deciding on which mattress we would choose.We discussed that even though we had the credit we were not against buying the same brand again and certainly open to new options and would consider spending a little more to increase the quality of the mattress we were buying.After several models and questions answered we found one that we liked and moved forward with the purchase, at no point was their pressure from Neshti on which mattress to consider she was quick to answer questions and give insight on why we would consider one versus the other.She was able to pull up our information apply the credit and cash us out for the difference in the cost and schedule delivery just 3 short days out.We appreciate the assistance and would recommend seeing Neshti if you are in looking for a mattress.

Maureen was wonderful to work with! She greeted us as soon as we walked in, asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and instantly had a sectional in mind that she thought we would love. We tested out a dozen different sectionals and ultimately bought the one that Maureen recommended when we first got there. It is perfect! Maureen listened to all of our questions/conerns and made the process so easy. I would highly recommend seeking out Maureen if you are looking to purchase anything from Jordan's!

A ropes course inside a furniture store? Sure. It works. I have no idea how or why, but sure as hell it does. Great showroom for furniture, great ropes course for kid birthday parties. Why not.

Working with Lindsay in the sleep lab helped us finally chose what bed was right for us. She was informative and even helped us find ways to save money. Certainly recommend seeing Lindsay if you are going to buy a bed at Jordan’s Furniture.

Great experience, very helpful salesperson. We had a lot of needs and wants regarding purchase of couches. Steve stuck with us, answering questions and suggesting alternatives. Never with any pushiness or pressure. He just had a genuine goal of helping us check all our boxes. Best furniture buying experience we have had.

Sandra G. made the experience amazing! She approached me and asked if she could help after I walked by 3 sales associates sitting down on the furniture, on their phones, laughing all together, without even looking up. Within 10 mins she helped me try and pick out a custom chair to fit me and my needs. SHE is the reason I will return and shop at Jordan’s.

I have gone into the store twice to get a new power cord for my bed.I was giving two different numbers and when I call they keep directing me to go back to the store.6 months of this and still can’t use my bed.It is under warranty but have even offered to just purchase out of pocket so I can use a bed I paid $4000 for.Completely frustrating.I am canceling my new order and taking my furniture business else where.
