“NorDx phlebotomists are usually terrific, administration or front desk people it’s hit or miss. I’ve experienced very professional, pleasant interactions with the front desk people at MMC, but then the worst ever front desk person at the Scarborough Campus Drive location last week. They barked at like a dog, commanding to me “sit down” when I questioned why others who came after me, and had numbers higher than mine (you take a number upon entering and they are supposed to take you in consecutive order per the phlebotomist I spoke to) were getting labs collected before me. That front desk person behaved rudely for no apparent reason.”
“I had to go for my annual labs. Because I work, I went on a Saturday. I arrived shortly after 9:30am and waited, perhaps, 15 minutes. The tech was proficient and painless.”

“Dr Morgan Buehner is my PCP. Excellent clinical and listening skills. Sincere, kind and gentle. Every time I call and every time I go there, the staff are warm and courteous, including the on call doctors. Referrals are prompt, (even if the place referred to doesn't get back quickly!). I have had no trouble with labs or prescriptions. I use some outside sources versus their in house specialists. They call back quickly.And i've had no trouble getting appointments. Thank you Intermed South Portland.”
