Dave dropped my pod off after being in storage for 4 years. He was able to get it open and even helped me bring some items in so the door didn’t get stuck before the movers came! Super nice and great service.

I would recommend PODS for anyone who is moving locally. I was able to change dates for pickup and move and again to pick it up earlier than scheduled. It was very clean, definitely spacious and the company's instructions were very clear and helpful.

When we decided last-minute to use PODS to store items while showing our house and then realized they would also deliver to our new house, it was a no-brainer to book -- the online scheduling system is so easy to navigate, the price was good, and the people were even better.

I have been renting a POD for 16 months now. I just discovered that mold is growing on my furniture. I was forced to remove my furniture from the POD. I called to have it picked up, but not only will they not prorate my monthly charge, I have to pay an additional fee for the pick up. I would not recommend using them for storage.

PODS delivery & removal is GREAT!Prices are ok .CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!You cannot understand the service Representatives speach,(they said they were in the Philippines ) then there is a 2-3 second delay response to your question EVERY time!!You can't combine payments at the MyPods online app , you can't set an automatic payment date like you can do with most other accounts from a Mortgage payment, car payment , cellphone bill etc.PODS policy is monthly payment is due when the PODS container was delivered.They WILL NOT alow a automatic payment date change!The customer service representative can't give a reason why other than that's not their policy...I have NEVER had one good customer experience in 14 months.They say the calls are recorded I hope they are because they sure aren't learning anything from them!!Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!STILL WAITING FOR OR SOMEONE TO CALL ME LIKE THE PODS REPRESENTATIVE SAID IN THIS FOLLOW-UPI called pods customer service today Again a joke ask to talk to supervisor said supervisor be back at 1:00 called at 1:00 was on the phone for 15 minutes they said the supervisor would call by the end of the business day.When they follow up from pods to Mike review said they'll call me I'm still waiting 5 days no one's called...

PODS is a good service--but might not work for all moves. It's more affordable than a full service moving company. The trade-off is you pack, load, and unload yourself. Drop-off and transport of the PODS is managed for you and storage can be arranged.BUT: ultimately, this did not work for me. The PODS are dropped off in stages, and delivered in stages. In my situation I needed to be packed and out at one time, and delivered at one time. So, just as a matter of timing this didn't work for me.The agent I spoke with was friendly and professional. I recommend calling to see if this will work for you.

They went above and beyond! Originally my container was scheduled for pickup this past Saturday and the driver noticed a scheduling anomaly in which it was scheduled for delivery to the out of state PODS site on Sunday. When I spoke to the driver about this he said PODS does not operate on Sundays so he offered to pick up today instead. They were able to accommodate and squeeze me in and pick up my container today so now everything is on track despite the scheduling snafu from PODS Central, thanks to the hard work and diligence of the local PODS site.
