Excellent staff and pool facility. Hours have become a bit limited, but the pool is still a great place to go to and there are usually plenty of open lanes for lap swimming. Aside from that the instructors are excellent and I have been happy with the lessons for my relatives.

I only go there for the indoor track. It's a great place to walk if outdoor walking is not an option. There is also open gym to play basketball as well as a swimming pool. I suggest checking out their website for more info. There are many other activities going on.

Great for open hours of youth basketball - organized chaos. And the pool is fun as well. And nice that it's open to non-SoPo residents.

Nice building. The prices are very reasonable. There are a lot of classes offered. Do not need to be a South Portland resident to use pool, basketball court, or take classes. Pool has men, woman & family locker rooms.
