My Android phone needed to be replaced and I was fortunate to have store manager Cooper work with me and upgrade me to a Motorola phone. When the mailed Motorola phone arrived at my home, I went back to the Maine Mall store late that day and was able to have Cooper and asst. mgr. Kyle work at getting that phone operational and preparing the old phone for return by mail. In addition, Cooper had told me about T-Mobile's WiFi, so I came prepared to change to T-Mobile's equipment and service. This really was a fantastic retail experience.

Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, extremely patient and helpful. They cannot resolve AT&T issues. Only AT&T can unlock your phone in their service. Same Verizon. But they will tell you how to have that vendor release your phone, the site to access. I have found T-Mobile service support superior to both Verizon and AT&T, in all respects. Better plans, easier management, better support, same transport structure w better quality at reduced rates.

They have the best staff here. Knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful. I've switched several accounts to T-mobile in the past year and this was my first experience at the local store. I am very happy to say they are not like the other internet store in the mall (name never to be spoken). These guys genuinely want to help you. Their pricing can't be beat. Having a terrific LOCAL store to go.. where they can answer a question, provide a fix, or give a friendly tutorial... is icing on the cake. Keep up the good work. I am sending everyone I know your way.

DYLAN is a 5 star representative for T Mobile.I took my 85 year old father in since his phone was confusing him and Dylan took the time to listen to his questions and explain how to simply text, email and use phone. It was worth the trip to ease frustration. Another customer commented how good Dylan was with my Dad as well, she has a mother who gets frustrated with her phone and wanted to compliment Dylan too. I felt bad since Dylan works on commission and he didn't make a dime off of us, hoping if you are in the market for a new phone you will go in and ask for Dylan, he will earn the commission.Thank you

Literally everything is set up as a trap to get you to spend more money. My OnePlus 8 Pro McLaren model was defective 36 hours after it's 2 year warranty expired. If that's not the definition of planned obsolescence, idk what is!

I'd really like to thank Ryan for all of his help with not only switching my phone over to a new one, but also helping my husband unlock my phone when I accidentally locked myself out.
