i should be able to come make a deposit at the atm without having to try 8 times to put my cash into the machine. it was only like 10 bills and the limit is 50. completely flat, no folds. absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.

Nothing against anyone personally, but I just want to illustrate a point with all TD Bank Locations: Whenever I come in to make either a withdrawal or deposit, everyone who gives me service keeps asking me the same question over and over again. And that same question is being---they keep asking me about the credit or debit card, which I have absolutely no desire to ever have one. I'm fine with my own preferred method of withdrawing my cash from my own personal savings account. I just don't appreciate people keep asking, badgering, pushing or pestering me to get a credit or debit card. Not having a credit or debit card and refusing to ever have one is my choice and right, so I don't want to hear anybody asking me for a debit card. It has been an ongoing problem and still is. Please, TD Bank in all locations. Please be respectful of my decision not to have a debit or credit card. If I ever want or need a credit or debit card, then it's gotta be my choice, so I don't want to hear anyone asking me to get a credit/debit card. Also, TD Bank in all locations, please don't keep asking me about signing up for a credit or debit card. Still a good bank, but the last thing I ever need to hear are repetitive questions.

Went in for 3 rolls of quarters and was told I could only have 1. They said that the government was short staffed so they could not roll coins.

TD Bank as a company is the most is horrible Unprofessional bank I have ever had to deal with. No sensitivity chip for grieving customers who are trying to deal with passed love ones finances. I wish I could give zero stars! Supervisors are of no help either So no point in asking to speak with one because they are going to give you the same answer written in their handbook. My dad passed 6 weeks ago and I still have yet to resolve this and they keep giving me the same answers. In my experience I have no idea why anyone would bank with them? And a little tip....you can kiss those points goodbye you rack up on your TD Bank credit card if your only an authorized user on the account and not the primary.
