Great facility. Clean. Would give it 5 stars if it had better lighting in the parking lot.

The cleanest laundromat I’ve seen in Portland, South Portland area since I’ve moved here 4 years now. And with all but 2 machines working. Great job! ?

I'm a frequent customer who lives around the corner. I've seen more than a dozen unmasked people inside the laundromat on my weekly trips since March 2020. Some of us work/live with vulnerable populations. I'm not willing to sacrifice others' health to do my laundry. I will take the inconvenience of driving further from my home to keep others safe.

People were trying to steal our laundry. We approached the staff and asked for help. Said we shouldn’t have left it unattended. We didn’t. That’s how we stopped them. I’d wash my clothes in a river before going back.

This my laundry spot. I live a two minute walk from here. Today, I went to do my laundry (with a face mask + gloves on) and saw that the launder center has increased the price of a load of wash. One load of wash is now $2.75. Before the pandemic hit, it was $2.50. I was extremely upset and angry to see this price increase. Lots of people are currently without jobs and to have to pay more for a basic necessity is horrible. People who don't have the luxury of washing their own clothes at home, have to risk their health by going out of their home to do their wash. And to take advantage of this situation is truly sad. I'm very disheartened to see this. I will continue to voice my opinion until the price is back to $2.50.

Poorly maintained equipment...Washing machine shredded a pair of jeans. Contacted owner and explained exactly what had happened. He insisted I bring the pants in to show him - I did and he was only interested in telling me I don't know how to use a washing machine. what the...? The washer _was_ properly loaded. Also, these machines are listed as "high efficiency" - I watched the wash cycle for 10 minutes and saw no evidence of any water in the load. Had to redo my laundry in a second machine. Not the first time I've had problems here - machines are not well-maintained.

Rinse and spin cycle don't work on some machines. Tried second cycle... Didn't rinse soap and soaking wet.
