horrible, was getting sent a package, has taken over 2 months and still haven’t gotten it, i called and each time they have blatantly told me they can’t do anything or help me.

Deserves 0 stars. Went in for a driving test to get a job. The manager who wasn't the driving instructor took me on the test said she had to do multiple jobs. Right from the beginning she acted like I wasn't going to get the job. She wasted my time and was rude. I've been doing driving jobs for 10 years. So as I'm leaving I see one of their drivers stop at the light without putting on their emergency break (required at all stops). Of course they still wanted to hire If I wanted to drive my own vehicle or work in their factory. I believe this is their ploy to try to get people in other positions, so don't fall for it. Also, you may want to wash down the building it smells like piss.

I had a pet cremated. His ashes were sent through UPS. I was not home the day UPS attempted delivery. I requested a specific redelivery time and had to pay 10$ for it. The day came and the package was not on the truck. I waited outside until the truck came. Although the driver was very helpful and called the hub I had to drive to the Foden Rd location. When I arrived the location was closed for lunch. I had to wait a half an hour in the parking lot to get in. Thank god I have a car, I would not have my package on time without one.

My building is very easy to deliver to, find the number of ano apartment on a panel at the maint entrance. Push the button. It's been the same process for 11 years. Failed. A reroute was requested and given. A notice the day of delivery that address confirmation was needed. No way to to do this. Start a claim. The site cannot accept one due to errors. Never mind trying to speak to a representative. USPS can enter buildings. Please stop using this company and Fed Ex. Just terrible.

I wouldn't give any stars if possible!!! I have been trying to change an address from a PO BOX to a physical address and am having no luck with the situation. I have followed every single step that I have been pointed to by the bot answering the phones...to no avail might I say. Why can't I just talk to a effing human being??? . Not happy and just want my pkg! Had the sender stated that delivery was by UPS I wouldn't have given a PO BOX #.

Update: August 5, 2023 - Two weeks ago UPS misdelivered 5 of my packages over a week. These packages totaled $70. These packages have never been recovered. Yesterday August 4, 2023 - my package totalling 5 items costing $45 + shipping was misdelivered and not recovered. I have contacted The Portland Police Department and an officer came out and documented this. I have also contacted The Portland City Council and asked for a grievance against UPS 2 Foden Road South Portland. I am also giving out the City Council's contact info to my neighbors and tenants in other buildings in my area to do the same - I live in West End Portland Maine. For 8 years at the same address. I have lost hundreds of packages due to UPS delivery drivers delivering my packages to completely different addresses or leaving my packages outside on the sidewalk (which often times are stolen). We all share this story here in Portland. In many instances my packages are delivered to some random address in South Portland instead of Portland. While in two instances my package was delivered to New Hampshire instead. In the past, I was constantly in touch with local UPS in South Portland on Foden Road, where the manager would have to try and resolve these errors. For a year, I had been in constant contact with the UPS regional manager who tried to find a permanent solution to this problem. Which he never could resolve this. Now, UPS locally has made it impossible to contact them on Foden Road. Now, at this stage my realty office that I rent from has me file police reports for my missing packages. Packages missing that I have ordered from Amazon I can most often get a refund but E-Bay and other companies don't issue any. So I have taken a huge loss over the years.This has been a real nightmare for longer than that! Without any resolve for so many of us!

Had to come to this location for delivery because insurance on my package was too expensive for an ups store. Came in around 2:30, hours said online they were open from 10am to 6pm on their own website. Nobody was there so I called for service and was told that they were closed from 2:30 to 3:00. Had to wait a half hour to get my package delivered nobody bothered coming to the front desk to help to make up for the mistake nothing on the door saying this, nothing anywhere. Totally ridiculous. I will never ship with ups ever again.

The Delivery person in our area Falmouth Maine should find another job She is not a very nice person, will open the door to our office and just throw the delivery in the door. When asked why she said it is her job to delivery them to the office and notting else. They are in the office - have a nice day. SHE SAID WHEN ASKED WHY.We have complained about her before and still UPS have done notting about her _SHE IS NOT A VERY NICE PERSON

UPS sent my package back to the seller because my address was non existent....WTH?? Same address I have had for years and they deliver weekly to that address. Checked with the seller and address was correct. Wake up UPS!!

I picked up a package here today because I missed the UPS delivery, and the lady working was so kind and made it so easy!Also the hours of 2-3pm that are posted online and here on google are INCORRECT. With this review I'm posting a picture that I took today of their true business hours.
