Unfortunately my experience was not good and I am out $1700 with a non working vehicle. Brought car in with overheating as the issue. Picked up my car and drove the 10 minutes home. Didn't drive again until 4 days later when car began overheating again. Took car for another diagnoses elsewhere with master mechanic who diagnosed head gasket as the problem. Watermans did claim to have done the test for that and while I realize parts break, it's tough to believe the gasket broke so soon after leaving the garage. Now I'm questioning the $1700 worth of work that was done. If it was misdiagnosed was it necessary? I think the worst part was their unwillingness to work with me on this. $1700 is a lot of money to spend to not have the issue fixed.

I have been using Waterman's for years serving our fleet of work trucks as well as my personal vehicles . They are honest and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service.

I trust this place. They are quick and take care of what needs to be done. If they feel another place could deal with an issue better, they let me know.

Needed a new bolt for a brake issue we had to get us back on the road safely for a 12 hour drive home. Our hotel was just a bit down the road and I saw their high rating and good reviews and decided to pop in first thing in the morning. I showed up, they took a quick look, found the size bolt we needed, installed it, and I was in and out in no time. The mechanic Christian was very helpful and checked some other bolts to make sure they weren't loose as well (and some were) and tightened those up too. I'd be happy to have them as my go-to shop if it weren't half a day's drive away.

Great mechanic shop they took care of us when we were broken down. They fit us right into their busy schedule and replaced an ignition coil and spark plugs so we could get back on the road. They also pointed out another problem we have that needs attention that we can take care of down the line once we are home.

I had brought my 2012 Cruze into the shop because it was leaking oil, and the APP "FIXD" and AAA said that the shop WATERMANS was rated very well.
NOT IN MY OPION BECAUSE I HAD TO BRING THE CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP BECAUSE THE VALVE COVER GASKET, AFTER A FEW DAYS WAS LEAKING AGAIN. PLUS THEY TOOK OFF MY METAL SHEET THAT PROTECTS UR GAS TANK . WELL THEY TOOK IT OFF AND TOLD ME BECAUSE THEY KEEP HEARING RATTLING IN THE BACK OF CAR. WELL LITTLE DID THEY KNOW I HAD " AWS WORK SIGNS WHICH ARE METAL AND DO BOUNCE AROUND IN MY TRUNK BUT THEY THOUGHT IT WAS MY SPLASH COVER .
NEVER USE AGSIN.

It was a quick and easy service but I felt like it was genuine. They were super busy but still held my appointment and worked fast. They diagnosed the TPMS light without making it into a big deal and didn't make me feel ignorant despite having 7m pregnant foggy brain syndrome, haha. Also good price for full synthetic oil change. I'll come back!

Can always rely on them for auto care (if I can get an appointment. They are always busy.). Very nice to deal with. If they can not do the work there...they have companies to refer you to ( which I love). Been using them for over 15 years and would not change a thing.Service: Auto brake repair
