I needed a part and it couldn't be found (pandemic, supply chain, chip, etc.) Not only did Pat find me one but he found me two that I needed. He went above and beyond what my local dealer would/could have done. Despite being hundreds of miles away from Thomaston, Pat treated me like I was his neighbor. Once he sent the parts, he continued to check in with me to make sure everything worked out well. And it did, thanks to Pat!!!”

“Great service experience! We had a chevy truck with a windshield wiper arm that snapped off frozen in a snow storm. It was raining snow and sleet, the arm broke at night and the car wasn't drivable. The next morning it was still storming and every other garage we called said they were busy plowing come back tomorrow. This garage let us come in the same day and fixed the wiper within minutes. Thankful for the speedy service in a pinch.”

We really needed a place to haul our boat in the fall of 2022 and they came through for us! Every one we dealt with in the boatyard this spring was really helpful.
