Smith's General Store is a gas station and convenience store located just off scenic Route 1. It is described as the cutest and most charming place, with a cozy and nice ambiance. The shop carries a little bit of everything needed whilst on the road or for camp, including grocery, alcohol, beer, household, and hardware items. It offers gasoline, diesel, kerosene, propane, and other automotive needs, which is essential as it is one of very few places to gas up on the route. The selection of snacks and sundries is good, and the selection overall can't be beat. Employees are noted as helpful and kind, though sometimes a bit gruff and unfriendly. It is a great stop and one of the reasons people love small town USA.

Great place to stop to get some gas and a drink. They have a little of everything there. If you forgot something when going up to camp they will have it there.

Very few places to Gas up headed north on Rte 6. Unless headed to Danforth 35 miles, next gas is Princeton area 45-50 miles. Good selection of snacks and sundries +gas!
