Had a pallet of pellets delivered earlier this week. Being very pregnant, it took me a moment to waddle my way over to the garage to greet the delivery driver. Not only did this wonderful man go above and beyond to put the pellets in the garage, but he asked if we could pray together for the safe and speedy delivery for both myself and my son. His kindness moved me to tears, and is yet another reason we will continue to use Steep Falls Building Supply for everything we need.

I gave 2 stars because the staff is very nice. Only 2 stars because I asked for a quart of flat black paint and it's drying green! So I recommend you don't buy paint from these guys. Go to Home Depot where it's much cheaper and will be the right color. I know they'll refund my money - great, but it shouldn't have been the wrong color in the first place. This isn't the first time they've mixed my colors incorrectly, which is why I'm posting this. Save yourself some time in the long-run, and go to HD.

Always a great trip, staff always greet you, help you find what you're looking for, was able to have a few keys made at the same time. Love this little hardware store!
