The room didn't match the photos ( furniture, curtains, pictures) but all in all, a pleasant stay. Roomy room, comfortable beds, adequate kitchen utensils. I would rate the cleanliness a 3 out of 5. The bed linens were clean as were the towels but the fridge, carpet and the kitchen window were pretty gross.

The rooms are very old fashioned and unique. Spacious, well supplied and decently kept, they will not disappoint. Do not miss this nice place to get away!

I lived on Swans Island until I was about 10 years old. I love to return once or twice a year. When it's to cold to stay at my families house (no heat there) I always choose to stay at the Harbor Watch Inn! Rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. If you're going to stay on Swans Island I definitly recomend the Harbour Watch Inn!

Discussed with the horrific housekeeping! During Covid owers do not care about patrons, they are putting anyone and everyone at risk!! Not only for Covid for anyone and all comminical diseases! Reckless

This is I believe the only Inn on the island. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 and 3 are small and on the road side (but dont worry, no traffic), 2 and 4 on the view side.Room 1 and 3 have limited equipmwnt, just a coffee machine (coffee available) and a microwave. So as there are no restaurants on the island, be sure to be prepared and pack some food on the coast.Beds are very soft, there is no AC and it is not needed.Shower, bathroom and a sink are privative. Not the best hotel ever, but you cant beat the location.Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Nice place... no TV and wifi was spotty at best but good place to put your head down for the night... also bring food if you plan on eating dinner and breakfast the store on the island isn't great

Without a doubt, the best inn/hotel on all of Swans Island. ;) Owner was friendly and rates are reasonable. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good communication from the owner prior to our arrival made the entire process very easy. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return again.

My stay there was business related, but the charm of the Harbor Watch Inn made it feel more like a vacation. The rooms are exactly what one would expect for a remote island off the Maine coast- nautical and tidy. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever have the opportunity to visit Swan's Island.

Stayed in room 4. Loved the room and having a kitchen was great. Checking in and out were easy. Communication prior to check in was good. Make sure you head the warnings about making ferry reservations and bring food with you.

Great charming little inn. The owners are very nice and has a great view. Only down side is having to take a ferry to get to the island it is on.

They say you can be fined just for smoking in the parking lot if you could call it that

This is a very nice place to stay if you do not want to stay in B&B. It is clean, simple, with no pretense. It is, in fact, the only "inn" on the island.TIMS market is a short drive away, as is every other island attraction, and can provide you with what you need for basic provisions. Be sure to try TIMS lobster sandwich. I recommend one of the rooms with kitchens for independence. We will stay here again if we visit the island again.
