“This was one of my better car rental experiences ever. I received a courtesy call from customer service rep Eric while waiting for my connecting flight to the Knox County Airport. He wanted to make sure I knew their business hours and let me know the car was ready for pickup when I arrived. The exact car I’d requested was waiting upon arrival, and it took less than five minutes to complete the paperwork and get on the road. I ended up needing an extra day added to the rental period, which they accommodated no problem. Drop off was smooth and efficient taking only a few minutes. Thank you Budget/Avis of Owl’s Head for the great experience.”

“Rental experience from May 29th through June 2nd went perfect! Rented a full size car was upgraded to SUV. Drove nice, great condition, great on gas. Reasonable price. The staff at the Thomaston Maine office were all very pleasant with a special shout out to the general manager Chelsea. I hope I got her name correct. She was especially kind and friendly. I'll definitely be going back!!!”
