“The price was right but we never get the car we booked. Don’t get me wrong, it was upgraded but we were looking for the car with better gas mileage.
This was our second rental at this location. The staff were friendly. The cars weren’t as clean as I would expect. The second car smelled of cigarette smoke.
I would use them again if the price was reasonable.”

“Rental experience from May 29th through June 2nd went perfect! Rented a full size car was upgraded to SUV. Drove nice, great condition, great on gas. Reasonable price. The staff at the Thomaston Maine office were all very pleasant with a special shout out to the general manager Chelsea. I hope I got her name correct. She was especially kind and friendly. I'll definitely be going back!!!”
