Could done better with explaining the policy on one-ways. Express the amount I would been charged for confession fees. I hope they get better end up paying 418$ for a one day rental. Which I was told they can possible wave the fee for me but did not.
Will update Claudia helped with getting a better understanding . Will see what account does for the approval. Took sometimes but she heard me out.

Terrible customer service. The only good enterprises in this state are in Portland all the rest are trash that need to retrain their employees.

The biggest inconvenience, and a complete waste of time. They are not informative and absolutely unwilling to work with someone. Have a high demand for physical paperwork, everything is electronic.

Great location for local rentals and out-a-towners. Brody assisted me with my rental to New York. Very polite, knowledgeable about the car rental and overall friendly Enterprise team member. It made my rental experience a breeze. Thanks for all your help Brody!

You better be prepared to spend a LOT of time on the phone. You will be fed into a waiting loop where they talk about their great customer service and then hang up..
Attempted to call for several days, various times during business hours, no luck.

Was a surprisingly good experience. Had to upgrade me , middle of the road cars (cheap) not available. Quick and friendly. Got every discount available without my knowledge. Super experience ?

Great experience with our rental. It was what we asked for, ready when we needed it, super clean truck. Just wish they would answer their phone. Before setting up the rental, I tried calling multiple times a day for three days and the phone was never answered. I ended up going to the Augusta location just to get my question answered. They are also closed Saturdays and Sundays, and all evenings which forced us to rent for an additional 2 days and to leave work early to get the keys. Renting two extra days will really add to your rental cost, so keep that in mind when deciding to use this rental agency.
