“I got two propane tanks filled. Aubrey was quick to come out, polite and very helpful! It was my first time at tractor supply filling tanks and he walked me right through it! Wonderful experience.”
“5 stars for fun selection of dog toys!
3 stars for not a single price tag.
1 star for the obnoxiously loud music. It was so loud that we put our price less items back in their baskets and left.”
“The staff is super friendly and made my dog feel welcome with treats. The bath area is set up well and is a good price. Highly recommend for self-washing your dog.”
“Unpretentious knowledgeable and friendly staff. Preferred place to stop when I'm in town ( live in Boston but frequent midcoast fairly often.
Good selection and variety of dog food brands as well as toys and specialty items.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this animal shelter! The staff are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about the animals in their care. It’s clear that the animals are very well taken care of and loved while they wait for their forever homes.
When I was looking to adopt, they took the time to help me find the perfect fit for my family, and I ended up bringing home the best kitty. The adoption process was smooth, and I felt supported every step of the way.
I highly recommend this shelter to anyone looking to adopt. Thank you for all that you do for the animals and our community!”
