“We needed storage during our move and Shepherd Storage was outstanding. Julie was a great help in getting a unit quickly and in a great location. The unit was also very easy to access. When we started to run out of space, a small unit was found quickly, just around the corner of the building, and it was just perfect for the overflow. Emptying the units was easy, in part because there is a lot of space in front of the units and it’s easy to get things moved into vehicles for transport. Closing out the account was quick and easy, and we were refunded for the portion of the month remaining after we had emptied and swept the unit. This was one of the most positive moving experiences we’ve had, and being able to rely on Julie and Shepherd Storage played an important role in our success.”
